Good value and enjoyed time with family…
Good value and enjoyed time with family and friends. Went 6.30 in evening and got half price bowling and certain drinks. Nice treat for the kids in the holidays.

We visited again
We visited over the weekend, which we expected to be busy—and it definitely was.
There was a bit of chaos at the front desk when we arrived. Quite a few staff were standing around, but no one seemed to be actively checking people in to their lanes. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did make the check-in process feel a little disorganised.
Our lane was ready straight away, which was great. However, it hadn’t been cleared from the previous group, and there were still drinks left behind. This was a bit frustrating, especially as we had three young children under five with us.
Overall, we would still visit again, but due to the check-in experience and the drinks left at the lane, we’re giving it a 4 out of 5.

No glasses and some rude staff…
Ran out of pint glasses after one drink (2:30pm).
Group booking placed at the top of the stairs, next to 2 other group bookings either side. Very congested with numerous staff pushing past rather than saying excuse me.

Not the best
Apart from the bowling it was not a great nought had youths that weren't bowling throwing balls down the lanes not being used and then trying to find the bowling balls you want became a nightmare! Staff didnt rectify it. The sanitary bins in the toilet were over flowing with used sanitary products and unsanitary and no toilet roll in all but 1 toilet for the whole evening even after saying to staff.

To close to freezing cold door
To close to freezing cold door - that remained open. We and two other families were sat in our coats. Loud places never normally bother me but you had the shout to have a conversation over the music.

Took 10 children for an 11th birthday…
Took 10 children for an 11th birthday party. 2 hours was plenty of time for two games. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We had pre-ordered 2 pitchers of soft drinks and they asked when we would like them rather than just bringing them, which we liked.
Part way through they called out to all celebrating a birthday and did a dance session, which our lot really enjoyed.
It was a really relaxed atmosphere, so they didn't mind them running about and the occasional drink spillage.
Would recommend and book again.

Could of been better
Service was fine and on arrival our lane was free straight away. The space was clean. We found that during our game 2 birthday parties was on near the end of their party an announcement came out for all children at the party to scream as loud as can then asked them to try again. This was awful for us and noticed the people bowling opposite wasn’t impressed with it either. Then the music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak. Our child has additional needs he really struggled we nearly left. Even our other children struggled with the pure loudness of the music. It spoiled our fun.

It was difficult to find the right weight and sized balls. The food took a long time to arrive.

The bowling lane kept breaking
The bowling lane kept breaking. The pre-ordered food had to be chased up and when it arrived the curly fries were extremely over cooked and the cheese pizza had no cheese on it and again was extremely over cooked.

Ok but glad we didn't pay full price
Great time had. Not given 5 stars because the balls/alleys are a little run down (most balls had dents in them so would randomly go off in a different direction. Also, it was busy and we struggled to get the right size balls for everyone. We shared with the people next to us but this meant waiting between turns which wasn't ideal with little ones who get bored easily. The arcades were limited and children upset as brought 2p's to find it was a 10p machine - so more costly. But overall they had a great time which was the main thing.

It was OK for an hour
The online booking was easy. There were plenty of lanes. The venue is well maintained. Staff were very helpful. However, it was extremely noisy and having to buy a card to put money on it to play arcade games was just awkward. Why use such a system when a debit card will do.

I took my 3 grandchildren aged 13
I took my 3 grandchildren aged 13, 10 and 8. For 2 games and a burger meal. They had a wonderful time and a little play in the arcade after.
