Tennis Ticket Service Arvostelua 

Bijzondere ervaring maar niet in positieve zin. Ik zal hier geen (tennis)tickets meer kopen.

Dit bedrijf is een tussenhandelaar en geen officieel verkooppunt. Ze ‘verkopen’ tickets voor veel meer dan de daadwerkelijke waarde en proberen dan zelf zo goedkoop mogelijk die tickets te bemachtigen. Doordat ze veel meer vragen hebben ze ruimte om ook duurdere tickets te bemachtigen om die aan jou te geven met de boodschap: Kijk eens wat een mooie upgrade! Hier is dan ook meteen het verdienmodel inzichtelijk.

Wij kochten voor Roland Garros 2023 4 dagtickets voor de buitenbanen en betaalden per ticket 125,- euro. Later kwamen we erachter dat deze tickets ongeveer 40,- euro kosten bij Roland Garros zelf.

Maar nu het mooiste. We ontvingen ándere kaarten; avondkaarten voor een wedstrijd in een stadion. Hier zat gelukkig wel toegang tot de buitenbanen bij, maar we konden pas vanaf 18:30 het terrein op in plaats van in de ochtend. En deze kaarten kwamen pas om 23:00 de avond ervóór.

Positief:
-Het lijkt erop dat je altijd kaarten krijgt én het aantal wat je besteld hebt.

Negatief:
-Je betaald veel te veel.
-Je weet niet of je krijgt wat je besteld hebt. Het kan dus zomaar een ander tijdstip of andere wedstrijd zijn.
-Je ontvangt de kaarten niet direct na bestelling, maar op een heel laat moment.
-Alleen communicatie per mail, en in ons geval geen persoonlijke reactie op verstuurde mails. Telefonisch niet bereikbaar.

Dit bedrijf zet zich in de markt als officieel verkooppunt voor tennistickets, maar is verre van dat en werkt louter vanuit financieel eigenbelang.

Believe all the bad reviews. Booked 2 months in advance. Got tickets 24 hours before day. Got evening tickets when day tickets were booked. They give you an impression on booking that you have a choice,where in reality you get a last min ticket for any location that suits them. Their t&c’s have them covered from all sides

I ordered two tickets for Roland Garros for over 500 euros, last march, and payed in advance. Tennisticketservice delivered just one ticket. I wrote them several emails demanding the second ticket, but they never answered me. I came from Brazil just to watch these two days matches. Tennisticketservice is dishonest, scam professionals and should be thrown out of business. Beware! Do not buy anything from them!

Oplichterij!! een half jaar voor de start van Roland Garos kaarten gekocht voor week 1. Deze kaarten kostten 870 euro. Nu, een dag voordat we naar Parijs gaan, krijgen we de kaarten met daarop een aanschafprijs van 105 euro per ticket. Oplicht verdienmodel, waar ze alleen al aan ons 600 euro hebben verdiend. NIET MEE IN ZEE GAAN.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! We ordered and paid over $500 for Roland Garros tickets several months ago for TODAY! Flew from USA to Paris and never received our tickets. Wrote them many times, tried to call and nothing! I’m reporting the business and hopefully going to get their website shut down. Very sad this website has been scamming people out their money for so long and it hasn’t been shut down. Also, don’t believe the review placed yesterday saying they got their tickets and communication was great! They obviously work for the scammers.

Have ordered tickets to Roland Garros for several month ago. Received e-mails from them that I will get the tickets 1-3 days before the match day. The matchday is tomorow (in 18 hours) and I still havent got any tickets. I took the plane from Denmark, stay on a hotel i Paris, so I spend a lot of money for nothing.

ES UNA ESTAFA. Pague las entradas para la final de tenis que se celebró el 23 de abril de 2023 y no las recibi. Llame por teléfono, por email, messeger de la pagina y nunca me llegaron notificaron ni me explicaron la razón de que ocurria.
No se entiende como es que continua la pagina en internet.

Ich habe 2 (teure) Tickets für das Masters in Monte Carlo bestellt und ordnungsgemäß bezahlt.....und nie erhalten, damned! Auf Nachfrage wurde stets behauptet sie wurden verschickt - pure Abzocke!

I purchased on this site 3 tickets for the ATP of Montecarlo 2023. The 3 tickets cost me 680 euros, including commission. At the end the tickets arrived. But they arrived in the afternoon of the day before the event. i had already cancelled the hotel in Montecarlo because at that point i had lost faith and thought they would not send them anymore. i managed to lived super fast (i live only 3 hours away from Montecarlo, so i could do it) and stayed in a different hotel in Italy, not Montecarlo. but it was a terrible customer experience which i do not reccomend to anyone. Do not buy from this site. it is not the official one and it is a great nuisance. i will not buy tickets from them again. Fabrizio

Absolute Betrüger!
Karte gekauft und bezahlt und nie bekommen. Service etc. nicht erreichbar. Verkaufen nur im Ausland damit wir sie nicht anzeigen können.

This was a complete scam. I “bought” tickets to the 2023 Australian Open for nearly 6000 euros (2 tickets). They claim the tickets have been sent to me by Ticketmaster. The tickets were never sent. I called Ticketmaster as well, and they said no tickets were ever issued to me. Ticketmaster informed me that the company has likely committed fraud.

Thankfully, I was able to buy two new tickets through Ticketmaster directly. Never buy tickets from a vendor, if the vendor is not an authorized ticket seller by the event you are trying to attend - that was the expensive lesson I just learned. Luckily, I paid for the tickets on my Visa, and my bank will refund the fraudulent charges by tennisticketservice.com.

Es una estafa. No soy un robot, ni un hater, lo digo en serio porque lo he vivido. Son estafadores profesionales que se reúnen con abogados a diario pero ganan más de la estafa que lo que pierden en los tribunales. Hay un montón de gente que ha demandado a esta empresa y no entiendo cómo todavía puede operar con las barbaridades que ha hecho. Compré las entradas para Roland Garros y la experiencia fue perfecta hasta el día del partido en el que me dijeron que no había entrada. De viaje en París en familia con todo pagado... y las entradas que habíamos comprado 1 año antes, eran una estafa. ¿Te lo puedes imaginar? Un drama !! Y luego descubrir, que somos un montón de afectados año tras año, pero que se salen con la suya y continúan engañando a la gente. En fin, espero que hayas leído mi comentario hasta el final y te haya convencido de que compres tu entrada en otro sitio.

I wish I had read the reviews for tennis ticket service before I bought tickets. The company is not an authorised ticket seller and so entry to the event can be denied. I have waited 15 days for a 50% refund - which actually wasn’t quite 50%. This company should not be allowed to trade as the re-sale of tickets is prohibited and their business plan is obviously based on conning people. I’m £350 worse off for having used this company. Do not buy tickets from them!!!

So as I had written we were waiting for the tickets for the mens semi final and womens final of the French Open 2022. For both days we finally got our tickets the evening before. We were thrilled and delighted after the long wait and insecurity just finally have valid entrance tickets to the holy grounds of Roland Garros. So all in all we were finally happy. But the price of our tickets were -as many of you also also wrote- far higher than the original price. And the seats were not the best , which I honestly did not expect.

So I can not really tell if we were only "lucky" to get our tickets or if this company really always genuinely tries its best to succeed in the big dash for good Grand Slam tickets for the Center Courts.

I think it is really hard to get tickets for the Center Courts any other way. Long waiting lists on the official sites. Day tickets in the early stage of the tournament may be easy to get from the official tournament web site for the original price .And I think for the next big tounaments I will plan my trip to go in the middle of the week instead of the final weekend..

I bought two category one tickets for the men’s finals at Roland Garros - paying eight times the face value of the ticket.

They did not arrive until 22:00 the evening before.

They were not category one but at the back of the stands.

Given all the reviews and experience I read about here, it was a cause of great anxiety in the run up to the day.

I felt “lucky” just to have got my tickets, as many others didn’t and incurred travel/hotel expenses etc.

I would never again have anything to do with this Company. In my view they should be closed down.

Truffatori, evitate nella maniera più assoluta di acquistare biglietti per eventi sportivi da questo sito. Io ho acquistato dei biglietti di categoria 1 per le due semifinali femminili del Roland Garros pagandoli 5 volte di più del prezzo dei biglietti sul sito ufficiale, dopo numerose mail di sollecito che ho fatto perché non ricevevo i biglietti mi informano che me li avrebbero inviati il giorno prima dell' evento. Ricevo i biglietti la mattina del giorno stesso dell' evento e mi accordo con grande stupore che i biglietti sono di categoria 2, scrivo subito una mail per chiedere spiegazioni alla quale non mi danno alcuna risposta. Servizio clienti telefonico inesistente, ti rispondono solo con mail. Vi consiglio vivamente comprare i biglietti direttamente sui siti ufficiali e di non cadere nella trappola, ad un mio amico addirittura hanno annullato i biglietti inventando scuse ridicole. All' ingresso al Roland Garros i biglietti risultavano nulli e ci hanno fatti accomodare nei loro uffici per fare una alla polizia dicendoci chiaramente che Tennisticketservice è un sito illegale non accreditato che ha truffato molti appassionati di tennis che hanno acquistato biglietti da loro. Das Geschäftsgebahren dieses Unternehmens ist ausserordentlich fragwürdig! Der Kunde kauft sein Ticket OHNE Anspruch darauf, dass er es in der georderten Kategorie auch erhält! Wir erhielten es zB erst am Vortag des Events und saßen dann in Roland Garross ca 40 Meter vom Court entfernt - fernab in einem völlig anderen Block. Dafür etwa fünffach überteuert! Aber von den AGBs des Unternehmens abgedeckt.
Unsere Erfahrung: ORDERN SIE NUR BEIM VERANSTALTER DIREKT - und NIE NIE NIE bei diesem Tennisticketservice aus den Niederlanden!

Complete scam. Avoid this at all costs! Not only you pay x5 to x10 times the actual price of the ticket but also they will cancel your tickets the day before the match. Or even worse they send you a fake or not valid ticket. Their service does not exist, worst is impossible, they do not answer. Buy the tickets in the official site or you will be robbed.
