Tender Sleep Furniture Arvostelua

Very pleased with the product, looks lovely and kids are happy 😊

The delivered early but checked first. Warned me when they would arrive so I knew what was happening all the time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful bed and excellent quality. It feels strong and comfortable, and the soft upholstered finish looks lovely. It was easy to assemble and fits perfectly in the room. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it!

Great service
Very pleased with the goods & certainly impressed by the delivery. Ordered the items late in the evening & delivered within 24hours with a courtesy call shortly before delivery 👌👊

Delivery was very late at night. No comms. Driver was good. Happy with bed if you can put up with poor delivery. I got email explaining order. They have WhatsApp but you have to ask about times for delivery. Would be hesitant to use again.

A superb company.
The bed and mattress are comfortable, well made and excellent value for money. Delivery time was exactly what I asked for, very fast.
The guys who delivered and constructed the bed were kind, professional and polite.
I have recommended to family friends and colleagues.
Many thanks to all.

The service was very good from ordering to delivering in fact the bed came within 24 hrs of ordering . Excellent quality product and great value. The delivery driver was also very friendly and it was delivered when he said 5 star.

Delivery was the next day from me placing order.
Seamless delivery and bed is really lovely in all aspects.
Excellent value for money.

Delivered straight to my address and setup the bed in less than an hour - very nice delivery men and good communication (called me several times to confirm order and delivery window).

Delivered on time and good communication. Easy steps to put the bed together and it looks so nice. Really happy thank you

Found this service from Facebook marketplace. Amazing service and same day delivery. Plus very affordable. Communication was top notch from the beginning.

Easy online ordering process. No problems whatsoever.

Absolutely shocking, paid for a bed, organised delivery, checked on the time that day, 8pm-10pm delivery which was bad enough but did not turn up, no call to explain why! No contact at all from the company when I have tried to call them, asked for refund and a week later still waiting! This bed was for a vulnerable and disabled person who was left with no bed to sleep on do not trust this company don’t even answer phones or WhatsApp’s 0 stars!!!

Brilliant, cheap , fast and efficient

Very good quality and solid. Thank you so much

Only ordered yesterday and arrived next day as promised, communication was great. Was a late night delivery but due to me ordering late i expected it to be two days. Very happy & would definitely recommend.

Order was quick and easy, had email confirmation almost right away, doubted I would get next day delivery as I placed the order roughly 7pm but I did which was fabulous. Order seems of good quality considering the money paid.

EXCELLENT SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. Ordered Double Bed Online. Easy Selection. Had some queries so called on phone. Very Polite & Helpful Customer Service. They mentioned delivery one to two days. Totally surprised because it arrived the same evening. The warehouse and delivery driver follow up was great. The delivery gentlemen were extremely polite and helpful. Next day, the Customer Service checked with me to ask if all was well. I also had a couple of queries, which were dealt with immediately. Very Pleased overall and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tender Sleep Furniture.

Crap service. I ordered my beds and asked for delivery on 7th September 2026. 4 days later beds still not been delivered and I'm sleeping on the floor. Can't get a response from anyone at this company at all.

Beds are as expected although a mix up about the colour of the mattress on one of the two singles ordered. Couriers were not very helpful with the delivery. Definitely room for improvement. Other than that we are satisfied with our purchase.
