Ordered from website which shows time limited sale. There is no time limited sale, nor any product for that matter. Took money then stopped communicating - no answer to emails or phone calls. Reverse charge to bank as fraudulent activity. Older reviews look fake. Note recent bad reviews

Been 9 days since ordered yet no sign of the item. Received a order confirmation email soon after purchase but no other updates since. No sign of the item either. Emailed after few days and no response. Tried calling so many times but they are unable to pick the call. Then told to leave a message but again their phone cannot take any message.
I am about to contact my bank and report this incident.
Such a poor customer service with shocking communication for a company with such a good product.
UPDATE:
Still no sign of delivery. Somehow this company sent me another invoice on 1 Aug 2025 but still no sign of delivery.
I have now contacted my bank to resolve this matter. Item ordered from a different provider.
Company takes money, sends invoice, no update, not reachable via telephone, no response to emails, no sign of item. I am not sure if this company has gone bust but I will never ever buy anything from this company again.

I placed an order on the 20th of July and it’s now the 29th. They took my money but we never received a delivery date, I have tried to contact them via their websites contact number and emails with no success. I have now contacted my bank to request a charge back!

DO NOT BUY!!! We ordered a Telstar Trampoline Elite on the 14th June, Was on back order but was supposed to arrive on the 3rd July. Had a email to say it was delayed. Rang customer services and they were very arrogant about it all and very unhelpful. This was supposed to be for our daughters 3rd Birthday so she was very disappointed to have no trampoline on the morning of her Birthday. Now no reply to emails and no answer on the phone. Hopefully can re-claim money through the bank.

Pre-ordered a trampoline on the 17th of June trampolines were expected 6th of July had an email to say there was a delay and they were expected on the 14th of July. Still no trampoline have emailed and called company several times. No response! now after reading other reviews, I’m worried that we’re not gonna get it…just be honest if experiencing problems instead of taking people’s money.
UPDATE - company has gone out of business got money back through bank. I hope others who ordered have managed to get their money returned - ordered from jumpking thankfully they have a good sale and managed to get a bigger and better one! Silver linings!

Ordered online, received invoice and payment taken but not possible to contact them any further and no trampoline arrived. Fraudulent website, which then led to a further telephone call trying to squeeze some more money out of me pretending to be Barclays. Avoid and report, although I expect they'll appear again somewhere under a different name. Police informed.

Cross posted a review on TrampolinesOnline so check that out too as the company is the same. Ordered a trampoline on back order until 7th July. Long story short, no trampoline, phone line is dead, email is not monitored. Essentially, company has gone bust or are just taking peoples money until they go bust. Awful experience

Ordered a replacement net nearly 2 weeks ago and it was supposed to be dispatched on the 15th. However I have heard nothing else. My children want to play on their trampoline in whats left of their holidays. Sadly it now seems they've gone into administration and haven't informed customers or their stockists. Sad to think I now need to bin my existing trampoline as I cannot get a new net and people buying trampolines from this brand via other stockists will now never be able to replace any parts either. Shocking.

So there are positive reviews hence why I used them now I think that the other reviews are fake. Since ordering I've received no trampoline. No one answers the phone number. Mailbox is full. No response by email. Had to go down the route of reversing a transaction through the bank. All the signs of a scam.

Good rating for delivery but that's how far I can go
The after sale customer support is poor.
And I mean when you buy something ,in case you'll need some parts down the line ,you'll have the chance to find stock and buy them. Not in this case unfortunately!
Spoke to them more than 4 months ago,they've said keep eyes on the website
Then I e been told they'll receive stock at the beginning of July 2025 but still nothing.
As a 'fair solution ' and because they still have on sale the trampoline model I've bought ,I've sent them an email with recommendations of 'borrowing ' one from there then to order more.
I mean it might sound stupid but in my opinion a good business should not just be focusing on the sale ignoring the 'after sale customer support '
A gentleman on the phone ,forgot to ask his name , he said he can't do that as more than half of trampoline will need to be open as there are soo many people in my situation.
So ,you know all these but do nothing?
I would ,and probably others too if this is true ,will have even paid for a preorder but you can't do that neither

Very unhelpful staff, can not get replacement parts as they are always out of stock!
The salesman is so rude and aggressive!

Brilliant service, fast & efficient installation

Gary turned up on time, extremely friendly and got on with assembling the trampoline alone with minimal fuss. The large 15ft x 10ft square trampoline was up in less than the stated two hours and he kindly explained how to take the net down in strong winds. Would highly recommend
