Sent them a pre-sale question using their contact form. Got a reply on the same day. Nice service! Placed an order on 5th of May 2023 (on ridefatdaddy.com) and paid about 1400€ for it. Order was confirmed on 6th with a cheesy message “Thanks to your generous order, our children will eat again” and so on. The product is in stock and promised to be shipped in 24 hrs but now it’s been 16 days since I got the order confirmation.

I’ve replied to their order confirmation email, used the contact form on their webpage, sent whatsapp messages, called them and even tried instagram DM. No answer.

I’m ready to cancel the order and order elsewhere. Their webpage says I need to reply to the confirmation email for cancellation but answering that email hasn’t worked for requesting an update on estimated shipment date either…so I’m sceptical about the cancellation via email. To me this seems like a fraud shop and I will have to contact authorities if I don’t get a reply by the end of this week. Yes Fatdaddy, I will update this review if you get your s*** together and deliver.

Didnt respond me from may 5 2022 untill 6 of january 2023.

They had my board, bacause they told me that the 2 year warranty would cover the problem, but they didnt uphold their promise of 2 year warranty.

Order placed and paid 03.06.2022. Never left the warehouse. Inquiry to fatdaddy in july, september and december 2022. No response. New inquires at january, february and april 2023. No response again! I contacted fatdaddy by all available channels; email, social media and by phone. The dutch agent just hung up on my call while i explained the situation - this business is a COMPLETE SCAM - stay away.

Fatdaddy is the most unprofessional dealer of super 73 and I advise everyone NOT to do business with them

It has taken 72 working days (over 3 months) for fatdaddy to deliver a new battery after I received the bicycle with a defect.

After many emails and calls with fatdaddy - but no answer. It turns out that the battery has never been sent on and has therefore sat idle at fatddady for over 2 months..

However, in the few emails I received, Fatdaddy has claimed that the battery has been forwarded to the super 73

But I have been in close dialogue with Super 73 and that way I found out that fatdaddy has LIED to me about where the battery has been

Fatdaddy does not take responsibility and passes on the blame instead of taking responsibility and fixing things..

After a purchase of approx. DKK 23,700, I can see that the bike has dropped in price... A LOT in price - it costs today only approx. DKK 16,800.. on the danish website - but around DKK 20.000 on another??

Fatdaddy do NOT deserve a single penny from more buyers when their service and work approach is so bad

Har et defekt onewheel købt hos dem, de vil ikke fikse under reklamationsret og de ignorere mine mails og henvendelser.

No update after 5 month. I sent my onewheel for a repair, under the 2 year warranty. Called them endless times about the update. They never know anything and say they will call me back, but I never hear from them. Don’t waste your time and energy in them.

The purchase of a €6000 bike from Fatdaddy has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Asside from the bike taking 2 months to arrive, Fatdaddy refuses to uphold thier warranty responsibilities. I have literallybtried everything to obtain service from Fatdaddy. All in vain. I have an appointment with a lawyer next week. We shall see how that goes.

After more than 1 week DHL still haven’t received any package. Don’t by from this website. I learned my lesson, I should check online reviews first :(

Scam site! Untrustworthy site, took my payment via PayPal then claimed they don't accept PayPal form UK. They refunded me but changed the exchange rates in their favour and left me £120 out of pocket.

They do not want to cancel my order!

Poor service and questionable honesty.
Ordered 5 Jan, had enough 1 Feb and had to force a return of My money via My bank.
Fatdaddy said My ordner was in the hands of UPS and where ineffective finding it. (The package was gone for 3 weeks)
Said they started an investigation but appeared not to. (Source: UPS). They delayed corrective actions and broke their own deadlines.
First after I had my bank starting a money withdrawal process they found the package and offered a refund or a re-shipment.
- only to stop responding to my choice.
A very frustrating and disappointing experience which a would gladly pay an extra 100 euros somewhere else - to avoid!!!!!
