I used this company 18 months ago and it was very good.
This time nothing worked on their website - spent hours,.complete waste of time.

Ordered flowers for a Birthday Present didn't arrive at all, Will never buy from these again. Was told I'd get a refund, time will tell of that even happens.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.!!!!!

Omg I orderder a luxury Bouquet for a gift this week. What arrived in comparison to the one advertised was shameful. A few roses in the bunch with afew bits of greenary this is false advertisting. I would have bought a better bunch in Aldi for a fraction of the cost. After i complained I recevied an replacement which was indentical to the first horrible one.
Teribbly disappointed

Flowers never arrived which were to be delivered to a friend for Christmas and after reaching out to their customer service I stupidly agreed to a replacement delivery.
Now the second delivery has not arrived and are stuck in the UK!! This company is very misleading as they advertise as an Irish company!!! However they are based in the UK.
I am now waiting for a reply as I've now requested a refund. I just wished I had done research prior to choosing these cowboys!!!

Replacement flowers coming will update how they arrive. ....Until then
Do not use!!! Would include pictures if could. just seen flowers order l sent my mum yesterday 20th December , absolute scam of a service, just emailed them now. I will update here with their response, if l recieve one. 40 euro spent, 10 euro delivery. sparse flowers dying and wilting, not even arranged nicely or at all really, in a plastic vase l had to pay 6.99 extra for ,no free chocolates as promised . NOTHING like advertised bouquet l choose winter wondeland, more like winter wither!!! Service station basic flowers would have been a better gift. And much cheaper. Totally shocked and disappointed. In my opinion Nothing but a refund would be acceptable.

I ordered flowers as a gift for my Mother's birthday but they were a huge letdown. The bouquet looked nothing like the version advertised online; it was sparse and missing several of the focal flowers shown in the photo. To make matters worse, the flowers looked old and started drooping within hours. I feel like I overpaid for a grocery store quality bouquet. To be honest I think flowers from a grocery store would have been in much better quality. I won't be ordering from here again.

Very poor- Do not order from Eflorist I sent flowers to my mum and godmother for mothers day this year 2025 they arrived dead looking .
I sent an email and customer service they told me they sent them "in bud" they should bloom - I sent them a picture of the flowers 2 days after delivery and they were still withered looking and leaves were brown the flowers did not bloom..!! Very disappointing..

My husband ordered flowers for s delivery on a specific date they arrived a week late you could only imagine what they looked like a week in transit. Would not recommend

Extremely disappointed. I paid €80 for what was advertised as a premium gift, but what arrived was a total ripoff. The flowers looked like a €15 bunch from Dunnes, and the Prosecco was the cheapest possible brand. To make matters worse, the Lindor chocolates were damaged and looked like they had already been opened. This is misleading advertising at its worst. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered birthday flowers for a next day delivery (Ireland) which didn't arrive. I checked the tracking and discovered they had been shipped from London (and the tracking was stuck at 'in transit to a parcel centre'). I queried this with eflorist Ireland customer service and they said their flowers are 'sourced from a supplier located in Ireland and are delivered via courier'. The tracking info indicates otherwise and I have not had any explanation from them as to why the flowers were dispatched from the UK. I have now received a refund.

Only to see that the flowers were tired looking and ugly
I asked for a refund as to be honest they were not worth the money

Update from the below I sent an email with photos and they sent a new delivery. The second delivery is just WOW!! probably would have got a 5 star review.
Just a pity it wasn't the original delivery .

- I had sent my daughter a photo of what she should have got. And her words today were, well I received the missing flowers from yesterday's order.

Ordered on a Wednesday and specified I wanted them on Friday, they never showed up. They replied to an email saying, read the website and that can happen and not to worry they were in bud form and would still be fresh... They weren't delivered Saturday nor Sunday and only arrived at 6pm on Monday. They roses were withered they were bone dry and the anniversary card was soaked. Terrible experience with them steer clear of them!

Really disappointed with the service of this company_ sorry I didn,t read the reviews_ I would never have used them!! The flowers I ordered and paid for, were never delivered and its impossible to contact them.
1 star is too much of a rating actually _ should be rotten tomatoes!!

Just received flowers from my son in the US via florists. The flowers are a disgrace, mostly withered and a very scant bouquet not as advertised on the website. Total crap product and false advertising. Not value for money. They should be ashamed. Please read the reviews before you spend your money on this scam.

Order was placed a couple of weeks ago under the occasion bundle for anniversary. Given there was enough time for delivery, they are so far 2 days late. Found out after my order didn't turn up that a few other people have used the service only once and in some cases were over a week late and none on time

I ordered flowers for next day delivery for my wife’s birthday. They arrived 2 days later.
The condition for the flowers was awful- withered. On delivery, the box was in poor condition and open.
It was left in the rain and the birthday card inside was destroyed.
Also, the chocolates that were supposed to be with the delivery were not there.

Needless to say, I will never be using this service again.

I would not recommend eFlorist. I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 5th of December for a death anniversary and they never arrived. Contacted the courier to which they said they never received the package despite eFlorist saying it was out for delivery. I realise it's December and its a very busy time for businesses to keep on top of orders, but to receive no correspondence about the flowers not being delivered was incredibly frustrating.
I had complained to the company that to have a delivery date included on their website for it not to be honoured is a waste of time both for them and the customer.

Just go somewhere else for flowers, save your money and your mental sanity. Customer service were apologetic and did offer a replacement bouquet, but I had no comfort/security in knowing the flowers would even arrive a second time.
