This company has consistently told so many lies in regarding my oreder saying it be delivered today which is lies as the order is still in there warehouse so before you buy anything from them think twice they take your money but after that your on your own

Know your consumer rights! I have seen a lot of reviews mirroring my situation and I would urge you to demand a refund, if you have not done so already.

My dad bought me flowers, which were not cheap, from this website for my birthday. They never arrived (I would query whether a delivery was even attempted) and any attempts we made to follow up with a re-delivery were met with superficial excuses and customer service told us we were not entitled to a re delivery or a refund !!

They weren’t long issuing a refund whenever I quoted them The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission’s guidance on non-delivery states: “If the business refuses to deliver your order, or it cannot do so, you are entitled to a full refund.”, and threatened reporting them to the CPCC.

Going by other reviews of flowers that were delivered, it would seem best off to spend your money elsewhere, and don’t let these scam companies get away with stealing your hard earned money.

⚠️ Very disappointing customer service — please be careful before ordering.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. I contacted them to cancel my order, but was told that it was impossible because the order was immediately sent to their supplier and the delivery label had already been printed.

I find this extremely difficult to understand. Once a customer contacts you and asks to cancel an order, there should surely be some reasonable way to stop or suspend the delivery before it reaches the customer.

What made the experience even worse was the lack of flexibility or any meaningful solution offered. I was left feeling completely ignored as a customer.

This was a big mistake on my part, and based on this experience I would not order from this company again.

I’m sharing this review so other customers are aware of my experience and can think carefully before placing an order. Very disappointing service.

Would not recommend. Flowers arrived at my friends house dead and very wilted sunflowers. Extremely disappointed seen as they were ordered from Ireland for a friend in London to cheer her up after her first baby. I would give 0 Star rating if it were available and I rarely ever give reviews online.

Very disappointed with the flowers I ordered for my mother's 80th birthday, the bouquet was very small for what I paid and the flowers did not look fresh they were already wilting. I will not use eflorist again.

Ordered flowers in Ireland for a friend on a special death anniversary. Got notification of delivery between 11.30 and 12.30. my friend stayed in all day. When we tracked throughout to he day all it said was out in the van. DPD were courier company. At 5.15 pm. Van returned to depot. I emailed eflorist. Received email saying my delivery fee would be refunded. The flowers were delivered the next day, almost dead! Appalling service and when you email to complain same email is sent to you again and again. Will never use again. I thought , foolishly, I was getting a full refund.

BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS WEBSITE. The flowers they delivered were nothing like the bouquet that we ordered from their website.

Company is based in UK. I ordered a bouquet from the website, however, what we received was totally different. Poor quality flowers. I wouldn't use this website again or recommend them to anyone.

I ordered many days ahead of the desired delivery date.

The payment option said standard delivery can't be guaranteed on the day. It may take 1-2 working days. Upgrade to avoid delays. I upgraded.

Wasn't delivered on the day. Website is now changed such that now it only has a single delivery option, not standard and fast. It also stated "in a small number of cases, your bouquet could be delivered the next working day after you selected due to a high volume of orders. This includes peak periods". However now after my order it specifically states now that they cannot guarantee delivery within 2 working days to the west of Ireland, under the buy option. This was not there when I ordered.

Scammers, don't use.

Friend received her flowers this morning and they were not the same bouquet or anything like what was ordered. Absolute rip off. Never again will I use this scam of a company.

Different friends have ordered flowers for me on and off from E florist Ireland and every time they land they are half dead… Aldi’s and Lidl would be a better buy.. contacting E florist is a nightmare they definitely do not deserve business and shame on them for sending out flowers looking the way they do.

So disappointed. First they totally lied about an attempted delivery. Then they threw them inside the wall the following day. They were there for hours before anyone saw them. Look nothing like the image on their website. Definitely not a large bouquet and such bad value for what I paid. Completely ripped me off. Will never consider ordering from them again

I received flowers from Eflorist left at my door with no card or any information who they are from. Then the "contact" page on their website does not work so I can't speak to anyone

I am giving this a one star review as there was no way to give it a minus!
I placed an order on 19th August for flowers to be delivered to my friend on Friday 21st August.

I was extremely disappointed and frankly quite angry about the service I have received.

The flowers were supposed to arrive on Friday 21st August. On that day, I received an email from the delivery company stating that they would be delivered that day, but they were not. I had been in contact with eflorist since 21st August trying to resolve this, yet despite this, the flowers were not actually delivered until Tuesday 25th August — four days after the promised delivery date.

To make matters considerably worse, the bouquet my friend finally received bore little to no resemblance to the bouquet I ordered and paid for. The flowers were also extremely dried out and clearly not in an acceptable condition. Given that they had apparently been with the delivery company since Thursday 20th August, it is hardly surprising that they arrived in such a poor state.

This was a gift intended to arrive on a specific date, and the entire point of ordering flowers was completely lost. Not only were they four days late, but what was eventually delivered was of an unacceptable quality and nothing like the product advertised when I placed the order.

The company are not reliable at all!! Do not order.

Ordered flowers from Ireland to UK for a birthday which cost over €70. Promised next day delivery. Received an email to apologise as they couldn't find a courier to deliver. Given the option to be replaced with a different standard bouquet which was delivered 2 days later with €22 discount. Flowers arrived and recipient sent me photo. I was totally embarrassed as they looked like nothing in the photo. I sent photo of what was delivered and what I ordered to customer service. Their response was to have my 82 year old mother in law cut back the flowers and place them in a smaller vase. Unbelievable. Would never use them again and certainly not recommend.
