Truly one of the worst ticket buying experiences I have ever had. The website is impenetrable--after 4 password resets failed to work, I gave up and waited for an hour to talk with someone on the phone. The scripted conversation on the phone was unpleasant but I understand why--these agents know how frustrated the callers are from dealing with Telecharge online.

i HAVE TRIED 3 TIMES ON YOUR WEBSITE TO PURCHASE TICKETS - NONE OF THEM WENT THROUGH. AND WHEN i TRIED BY CALLING - OF COURSE THE SEATS I WANTED WERE NOT AVAILABLE BECAUSE THEY WERE STILL CONNECTED TO MY COMPUTER ATTEMPT.

I have been locked out of my account several times and no one will tell me why. I have spent thousands of dollars on this site purchasing Broadway show tickets, and yet they keep telling me I've got caught in one of their security features and my account is locked. I then need to send an email to get it unlocked again, which can take several days for them to do. Again, I have asked repeatedly why this continues to happen and no one at this company cares enough about paying customers to reply back with an answer. I am so frustrated with this website and all I want to do is purchase tickets to see a show.

Bought tix as a gift but they were never emailed. Called, on hold for twenty minutes. Emailed details to customer service. They replied asking for all the details I already provided, then never replied again. Called again. On hold again, this time over an hour. Called using my wife's phone. Finally got a human, albeit a rude one. Had them send tix to alternate email. Tickets again not received. I will never again use Telecharge for anything. Purchase direct from Broadway.org instead.

AGAIN cannot complete sale, site just spins and won't process payment. So sad, shows are loosing business when people can't buy tickets. So frustrating!! not the first time

Literally useless website. No idea why venues use them. Impossible to book seats through them, between false security issues, simply not working, and other errors. Customer service also hopeless. Gave up and booked through Todaytix instead, which was easy and worked with no problems.

Difficult to buy tickets with private emails, despite proper card and billing details.

Required 4 calls with customer support to resolve.

No support of Apple Pay or alternative payment processors.

I had a problem with confirmation email and tickets. The customer service responded quickly via email. When I had to call the customer service the queue time was not too long and I received very friendly and helpful service. And the problem was solved :)

website is garbage - doesn't work at all on startpage browser, on google it is really slow and hangs, can't actually buy tickets. how can they stay in business? one of the worst websites I have used in living memory - actually not able to buy tickets after 15 minutes trying on 2 browsers
update: tried a VPN and the payment page actually loaded this time, but payment declined. what a piece of junk. maybe because I am outside the US

Tried to book Broadway tickets yesterday.
Got as far as confirming payment when following error message shown: "We’re sorry. Your purchase cannot be completed due to unusual activity. Please call 212-239-XXXX or 800-545-XXXX if you think this is in error." (XXXX added to hide number)
Tried with 2 different credit cards but same message.
One card seamed to show a transaction pending
Phoned 800 number, was put on hold for some time.
Eventually they confirmed problem with their server.
Did not proceed with purchase over phone due to what looked like a pending payment.
Later confirmed with card company that payment did not go thru.
Today tried to book again with same error.
Found out that my call from UK to 800 number cost me £21.
Will avoid this company from now on as clearly relying to some extent on phone charges caused by their "faulty" system.
Unfortunately many broadway shows only sell thru Telecharge online.
Will try TKTS booths in NY when we get there
