Easy to navigate website. Able to see "real view" of seats I am purchasing. Overall, extremely satisfied.

It was good, but when I was going to purchase the ticket, it crashed. So I had to start over again.

It was all very easy to use. The man thing I would change is that it should be possible to create a login with a username and password so I have an account, and for it to be possible to add tickets for multiple shows to a shopping cart and purchase them in a single transaction.

Job well done, was very easy getting the tickets !!!!

Aside from the expense of the tickets, I really appreciated the seat-view option, all of the show details that are provide, and the simplicity of checkout. We are looking forward to treating our Mother to a Broadway Show for her 75th!

My worst mistake was ordering from the site. I typically make my purchase at the box office. The fees that they charge is outrageous. Had I made my purchase at the box office , I would have saved over $120

I had booked multiple Broadway shows months in advance and was eagerly awaiting my trip to NYC. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I were barred from traveling when an unforeseen medical condition popped up a month prior to the trip. Broadway.com very generously made an exception to the final sale terms (which I fully acknowledged and agreed to upon initial purchase) and provided us with a full refund of each ticket we had purchased. In doing so, this company extended a generous hand when they had no legal obligation to do so. Treating customers with kindness, respect, and empathy is a hallmark of a great business. I am incredibly grateful.

Convenient switching between presentation dates, and the ability to view the layout of selected seats within the theater auditorium relative to the stage.

Super easy so far. Hope I can add my tickets to my wallet when I receive them by email. Can’t wait!!!
