Bought oven Nov 25 and temperature knob broke all ready and not covered under guarantee
Marker on knobs are very difficult to see so I painted it white
It is difficult to set the correct temperature due to position and dark
Bought cheap, now regretting it now

Teknex contacted me on 12 Feb saying they would send me a new Knob
12 days on and two emails
NOTHING
They seem to be a waste of time so amended to two star

Knob arrived in post
But why did I have to submit a review to get anywhere, customer services could have sorted it but they said it doesn't come under warrenty, hence 3 star review

The deep freeze was delivered on time. The girl I spoke with gave me good advice and I was able to confirm the 2 year guarantee. All very simple.

Nice medium size freezer. Deep sturdy drawers,feels well made and easy to setup.Just right for the two of us but maybe not for large family. Had to change door opening ,easy to do,just followed instructions in manual.Much better than having to dig about in old chest freezer

Straightforward procedure for 2 year warranty

It would have been 5 star but unfortunately the operator was very difficult to understand

First rate service with 2 hr time slot advised night before and updated 1hr before actual delivery which was conducted very professionally.

Thought i'd try a chest freezer for a change, good size 142L just right for what i need & can be outside so perfect

Replacing a Zanuzi fridge. This item seemed nearest in dimensions and shelf spacing. Good strong door shelves. Satisfied

I’m finding this oven not to be very user friendly. Having the gas element in the bottom of the oven I’m finding it burns or overcooks everything at the bottom. Surly the element at the back of the oven would make more sense. I’ve tried cooking at very low temperatures but therefore food is being cooked for longer and sometimes getting too dried out. I do a lot of baking and my cakes are not turning out as they should do. They look fine from the top but when turned out from the tin they are too overcooked at the bottom! Cleaning the bottom of the oven is fiddly going round the element and it catches all the bits! If I’d have known the gas element was at the bottom of the oven before purchase I wouldn’t have had it. I’m very disappointed in it. I would not recommend.

Teknix DBD606 Dishwasher
This was a replacement for our Neff integrated dishwasher which had given us 18 years service. When something seems to be too good to be true, it probably will be. To replace an integrated d/w for around £300, yes it was too good to be true.
The pots and ECO settings take way over 4 hours per cycle, but most annoying is the fact that after many of the cycles have finished, the dishwasher tablet has not even been dissolved (or whatever it is supposed to do), and is still in the holder in the door, meaning that the pots have just been washed in water only.
The arms on the bottom racks to hold plates are too small for larger plates and the top rack cannot deal with stemmed glasses.
Sorry, not good. Wish I'd have replaced my old Neff with a new one.

I have a fridge freezer, couldn't sort the guarantee as it was given to us from a grant swap, wish I hadn't bother and kept my old one even though it was 20 years old . this one keeps getting full of ice at the back, then food going off well before use by date. it's not good for a full shop for a small family. now I have to try and get one on finance. will not be getting any from this company. will stick to what I've had in the past.

Got through first time. Person was very helpful. Took the details of the product. My name & address. Will send me an email with my 2 year registration document. All sorted.

Good looking, practical fridge. Just plug in and you're up and running! Reasonably priced too!

Purchased Tumble Dryer via Amazon. Item arrived and I registered it with Teknix. Later that afternoon tried using item and it wouldn’t work, despite following all troubleshooting instructions. Rang Teknix support and was told to contact Amazon. Not good service from Teknix and will be returning item and not making any further purchases from them.

The lady I spoke to helped me arrange my registration for my Freezer.

Delivery was great, arrived exactly when I was told it would. The fridge is first class and I wasted no time in setting it up ready for the following day. Would definitely recommend Teknix.j
