Cheapest price I could find online, ordered Monday morning and it arrived Tuesday. Site had good product information so the item is exactly what I wanted.

where is my order?
My first response is - I am still waiting for my order to be delivered! Should have been here yesterday accoding to my email. Its not as if I havent paid enough for it? Disappointed, first order I have placed - maybe the last. !!

Please be aware that this review should be read in context as the order was placed after 10pm on a Friday of an English bank holiday weekend and was written on the following Wed. As it was not a bank holiday weekend for us we were open and had dispatched the order to our local courier on the Monday, however, national parcels were unable to be on-forwarded via Parcelforce until the Tues. An email was sent on Monday including the Parcelforce tracking number for reference.
We do not advertise or guarantee a next working day service, however, the majority of our deliveries are made the next working day.
In this case, however, due to backlogs over the bank holiday weekend delivery was not attempted the next working day (Wed), however, Texts were sent on Wed night , Thurs morning and 90 minutes before delivery, providing details of the status of the delivery and providing the option to change this if required. In the meantime we were also replying to emails regarding the status of the delivery. Despite this, there was no-one available to receive the parcel when delivery was attempted and it was dropped off at the local Post office for collection. We were also told in retrospect that this business is closed on a Thursday, however, advertised opening hours are that opening hours are 9:30-5:30 Tues-Fri.
After several emails demanding that we do more to sort this out and arrange redelivery at our cost, including comments from the customer stating that if we want a better review we will meet their demands, we have decided that we are unwilling to risk more failed deliveries and have arranged for the goods to be returned to us and a full refund given.
I am sorry that we were unable to complete your order under these circumstances, however, we do feel that we have tried our best to fulfil this for you reasonably. There are occasions where there are delivery problems and mistakes made and we do our best to minimise these and resolve them, in this case though we have reasonably tried to ensure that this delivery was made.

Great smell great product
I have two dogs chihuahuas Maisie and Freddie and they started to smell a bit doggy so I bought this unisex callone and sprayed it on them and they smell lovely the doggy smell has gone all my friends say how nice it is and it last for days would highly recommend this product to anyone it had no reaction to the dogs so I'm happy 👍😀
