I placed an order with techno groom through their website. Not sure if my order was correct I rang them, the gentleman I spoke to was so kind and patient and rectified my mistakes. Within a couple of days my order was at my door. Whst a fabulous service .

Item never arrived so I emailed, they responded quickly and send they would resend it so expect it soon, I waited, still never came so I emailed them again. They said it wasn't sent as it's out of stock! Very poor especially as it was a needed grooming product and I couldn't groom without it! I've now had to order it elsewhere and wait for delivery again.

Tried out yesterday on a corgi X Alsatian (got corgi legs and height )usually have a real fight to clip her nails I'm not saying she gave in but omg a lot easier than having the constant struggle with her .I will try on the Westie boys this week .

I have purchased several of these items before over the last few years and they have been fab, just purchased two which have gone up in price by £5 each and the quality has significantly down graded, cheap and flimsey in comparison to the old ones.

I found this item on line at Technogroom - after reading the information I decided to make the purchase. The delivery was quick and the product is made from a good quality material. I have not tried it yet but hopefully it will help with the grooming of my naughty ShiH Tzu.
