Good service, bad price
Good service - on time, convenient as someone not form the area and not wanting to spend an age searching for local taxi firms. However, the price was almost double what I paid for the same journey when I booked direct later. Beware!

“Nice service
“Nice service! Quick time to reply, good communication by phone or email. Driver was gentle and cautious during his driving. Car was pristine and smelled so clean. And, it was fair price. We will probably repeat with them. Thanks!”

Absolutely great ontime service
Absolutely great ontime service; we needed to be at a party, on time, so booked through Taxicode. Driver on outgoing journey, we couldn't fault, he was polite, helpful, and the car was beautiful. The return journey, by Hawk Express was just a usual taxi journey...less help, less everything, which, considering we'd paid over £20 for a 2ml journey, wasn't what we were expecting. I will use you again, but please use the same driver for each journey, and no Hawk Express...”

Great service - easy to use for pre-booking of cabs in an area normally difficult to get car services at last minute. Friendly driver and on time.

Driver did not turn up and did not…
Driver did not turn up and did not inform me. I had to call and still have no written confirmation of the cancellation nor that I will be refunded.
Eventually I received an email apology - and refund.
Meanwhile I missed the funeral I was supposed to go to and had to ring round to find alternative transport
