Taxi Price Compare Arvostelua

Booked a cab, then got a quote elsewhere for less than half what Taxi Price were charging. Called the number on the confirmation email to cancel, no answer. Called again, no answer. Called again later, no answer. Tried to cancel via their website, can't login until I validate my account by clicking on the link in the validation email. No validation email has been sent (even now as I write this 6 hours later). Logged a support ticket to cancel. Got a call saying they will cancel it, but will only refund 10% of what I payed.

Great communication throughout! We were reassured that we were being collected. Our driver was brilliant! Professional, friendly and we felt safe.

Very nice Driver, on time, drove well, for sure I would use or recommend

My partner sent me the app link and having used Taxicode twice already, I'm confident they will be my first choice going forwards !

Very good service; I will use this company again. Thank you

Great service all round, quick and easy.

Very helpful and courteous, a pleasant clean car. Easy to book and good value.

Great service, taxis on time and clean. Excellent communication.

I arrived a bit late, but they managed to get me the service, very helpful. Thanks.

It was a last minute booking and the service was fab

Very efficient service, easy to book, great communication from the driver when I landed and where to meet them. Would recommend and definitely would use this service again.

Easy to book, on time collection, lots of communication advising me of driver progress.

We were early, driver monitored our flight & was there to meet us. He was friendly and helpful and made us all comfortable. Very competent, road safety conscious driver. Smooth and efficient journey. Thoroughly recommend.

Complete scam avoid. Paid for a taxi in full in advance then my trip was cancelled on the same day as the booking. Tried to cancel on the day I made the booking and was led on a merry dance . Then I was told you only get 10% back as a refund even though the company they use would except a cancellation without penalty

Scam company, not genuine, a company with 2 names is always suspect - they are Taxicode and Taxi price compare. Took my money but couldn't provide what I needed yet still refused to refund me, had to go through my bank in the end. Con artists!

Good service and the company that collected was priced very well with a great service . Would definitely use again

Great service, booked the day before for a busy festival event & taxi turned up at 10am the next morning!
Will use again & recommend, thank you.

My booking was for a 3 am pickup to the airport. I had not used this service before so was quite anxious but the driver arrived 5 minutes before time. He was very polite and helpful and I would use this company again.

Driver arrived before pick up time and texted me letting me no where he was parked, and said not to rush, he greeted us politely and helped get everything in the car. We personally gave him a cash tip once we got home would highly recommend this service
