Disgusting service! There was a road closure which meant we had to take an alternative route, took an extra 10 mins, for that I was charged an extra £18… furthermore, the driver was on his phone the entire time, driving one handed very fast, whilst my young daughter was in the back terrified. Will never use this service again..

I’m writing to make you aware of this website/taxi company operating a so-called “Enroute taxis” which are completely unreliable and insecure to travel with. Please DO NOT USE THEM IN BIRMINGHAM - I regret doing so!

Their extremely rude and unprofessional call centre staff Azar, (who has no customer service skills) and the driver (who can go to the extent to threaten the customers without a good reason) has behaved aggressively and are highly unprofessionally with a passenger.

In my case, I just asked for a hard copy of the receipt -as the fares sounded too high. The driver said he did not have it with him and when I said it’s important for me to have it, he started to threaten me aggressively, unnecessarily arguing that he’d drive me around for hours or dump me back where he picked me up from. His tone was extremely offensive.

He started accusing me for not paying his exorbitant fares which was not true! I never said I wasn’t going to pay; just demanded a receipt which was my right. They asked for my email that I didn’t feel comfortable sharing and then this driver and his accomplice made such a fuss!
I got off before the destination, paid him in full and tried to put a complain on their customer care. Apparently it was the same person Azar who picked up and started shouting instead of taking the complaint. When I asked him to tone down he wouldn’t listen and I had to disconnect.
I’m going to complain to the police if they try to harass me. Complaining to the company management, I’m sure will never be picked up and the same people will reply back in the same tone.

Wanted others to be aware so taken the time to post it.
