Extremely disappointing experience.
Booked a taxi with Tesla Taxi Cumnock from Lochside Hotel & Spa, New Cumnock to the Royal Hotel, Cumnock (4.3 miles) at 10pm on Friday 3rd October. I was charged an unjustified £20 for a short 4-mile trip.
When I questioned the price, the driver claimed it was because he had to drive to collect me — an unacceptable excuse. No meter was shown, and the fare was clearly inflated.
To make matters worse, the driving was unsafe — speeding and following dangerously close to the car ahead.
I would strongly advise avoiding Tesla Taxi Cumnock. Very poor value, unsafe driving, and dishonest pricing.
Also disappointing that this company was recommended by the Royal Hotel Cumnock — not a great reflection on their standards either.

An amazing luxury taxi service using Tesla taxis! A great way to start and end our holiday. Luggage space for 3 x large suitcase and 3 x cabin case. Smoothe safe drive and experience to the airport.
