We've just completed on a simultaneous sale of our leasehold apartment and purchase of our new-build Redrow home with Talbots and I would highly using recommend them.

Tori and the team were brilliant throughout the process, going above and beyond to chase both the buyer's solicitors and also HMLR (which threw us a curveball, as our old property's title still hadn't been registered in our name by the time we sold it). Tori was always very responsive via email, often replying to us within less than an hour and not often taking longer than a day to respond.

Our buyers also threw a last minute curveball by deciding they wanted to purchase our property through a limited company, AFTER all of the contracts had already been signed and we were due to exchange the following day. Talbots stayed on top of the buyer's solicitors and managed to get everything done in time for us still to complete on our scheduled completion date. A stressful situation made less stressful by Talbot's great communication.

The team run by Ethan are extremely reliable and efficient, we called over to the office and Sim was professional and again most efficient, I’m a little late sending this review, but better late than not at all.

Hannah was really good my sale went smoothly. In contact as soon as anything happened and kept me up to date only took 4 months to complete .start to finish .
