Taimen Arvostelua 

Acquistato da loro 600 euro di canna hardy arrivata fallata, in garanzia, chiedo rimborso o sostituzione pezzo fallato, all’inizio mi hanno risposto che dovevano aspettare il pezzo mancante poi sono passati 6/7 mesi e sono spariti nel nulla e ovviamente ormai era passato troppo tempo per richiedere rimborso con paypal, scandalosi. Ladri.

Bon , ben , pour la qualité , j’peux pas vous dire.....j.ai rien reçu....le service après vente est lamentable....commande faite le 22 mars et depuis rien...des mails «  nous on vous l’a envoyé... » et puis basta....appel téléphonique catastrophique( j’ai fait appeler une polonaise pour discuter...aucun élan commerciale....rien...)....donc en gros , ben site à éviter....pas sérieux....

Ordinato un kit da costruzione Mosca portatile.. Con mio stupore aprendo il pacco noto che la custodia era un po rovinata. Ma aprendo trovo con sorpresa che tutto il materiale era usurato, come se fosse stato già usato da qualcuno. Mi lamento con taimen che di tutta risposta mi dice che se vuoi prodotti di prima qualità devi pagare. Ma che risposta è??? Certo che se voglio qualcosa di qualità è giusto che la paghi, ma non voglio pagare per materiale nuovo ma rovinato e usato. Mandato anche le foto ma niente.. Per quanto mi riguarda da loro nemmeno più un filo ci comprerò in futuro.

Do not ever buy waders from this company!!

My waders leaked the in the first week of usage... Then they had it back for repair two times - both times the waders leaked first time they saw water again after the "repair" ... I have a suspicion that they did not do anything with the waders when they tried to repair them, just so they could prolong the time and now claim that warranty is not valid anymore...
So to anybody out there thinking of buying from here - Just Do not!!
They will probably also cheat you!!

They skip their own rules. They send the items they want, if any do not have it, they do not notify you as their rules indicate. You claim and the article disappears from the web, which indicates that it was not an error. And also after acting with a lot of lack of professionalism, they look for solutions that do not harm them financially but do harm the client.
Se saltan sus propias reglas. Te envían los artículos que quieren si alguno no lo tienen y no te avisan como indican sus reglas. Reclamas y el artículo desaparece de la web, lo que indica que no fue un error. Y después de actuar con mucha falta de profesionalidad buscan soluciones que no les perjudiquen económicamente a ellos pero sí perjudican al cliente.

Es vergonzoso lo de esta empresa, se saltan sus propias normas. Pedí cuatro artículos ( señuelos de vinilo), tienen demasiado tiempo y están pasados. Además, para colmo, uno de los artículos no deben tenerlo y me han mandado lo que les ha venido en gana. No me comunican nada y cobran como si me hubieran mandado los artículos correctos.

Richtig billige chinesische Qualität. Schlechte Reisverschlüsse. 10 mal getragen, Jacke defekt nach 15 Monaten. Die Firma Taimen gewährt keinerlei Garantie, obwohl sie dazu, laut EU Recht verpflichtet wären. VORSICHT!! Es lohnt sich nicht!!

Really cheap Chinese quality. Bad zippers. Worn 10 times, jacket broken after 15 months. The Taimen company gives no guarantee, although they would be obliged to do so under EU law. ATTENTION!! It is not worth!!

Naprawdę tania chińska jakość. Złe zamki. Noszone 10 razy, kurtka zerwana po 15 miesiącach. Firma Taimen nie udziela żadnej gwarancji, chociaż byłyby do tego zobowiązane na mocy prawa UE. UWAGA!! To nie jest warte!!

I ordered a Ponoy Jacket from Taimen. The quality seems to be ok, but the zipper broke within the first day of use. The communication with Taimen in that case of warranty was not very friendly. They accused me to have caused the damage and they say mechanical damage is not covered by warranty. Taimen refused to repair or exchange the jacket in a case of warranty. In the end they exchanged the jacket, but in a "good will" and not as a case of warranty. Also Taimen let me cover the money i had to spend to get a new one. Taimen? Never again. Sry for my english, trying my best ;)

Mai avuto problemi, salvo qualche ritardo. I prodotti marchiati taimen non sono il top di qualità. Il servizio post vendita invece è un po' scarso. Avevo acquistato un paio di scarponi che dopo 2 uscite si erano disfatti. Il servizio clienti mi invitò a rispedire la merce per la riparazione, non per la sostituzione. Inutile dire che me li son tenuti. Il prodotto riparato non valeva il costo del reso.

Super tilbud og en god og nem hjemmeside at finde rundt i. Første gang jeg handler på Taimen og købte et par Åndbare waders m. støvler, undertøjs termodragt samt lidt øvrigt tilbehør og kvaliteten er virkelig god, var spændt på om beskrivelse levede op til hvad den lovede, og det gjorde den. Bestilte det søndag og havde det førstkommende fredag på Bornholm, hurtigere kan det ikke gøres.
Kan varmt anbefales, følg deres størrelses guide da jeg bestilte mit en smule for stort, men kun min egen fejl😉

I have placed a number of orders with Taimen over the past few months.
With this store you will get good value on products. And they arrive by UPS (to Sweden) within 7 days. However when I had an issue with a delivery which I had a completely damaged landing net, they expected me to deal with UPS to sort out the damage claim and shed all responsibility. Although it is not their fault that the goods got damaged, I feel it is up to them to offer a solution and not pass responsibility onto the customer (which other online stores do). UPS will not accept a damage complaint from my region, so now I am left with a broken net and about 400SEK less.

Antes de comprar contestaban a todos los emails, pero cuando me entregaron el pedido y les dije que quería devolverlo dejaron de contestar a los emails, escribo emails todos los dias pero no contestan
El servicio de devolucion se muy muy malo

I bought Vader + boots and everything was very big for me.
Before I buy they answered all the emails, but when they gave me the order and told them that I wanted to return it, they stopped answering the emails, I wrote emails every day but they did not answer
The return service is very very bad

Achat d une veste sur le site internet , suite à un problème de taille l,échange a été effectué sans aucun problème sous une semaine.
Pour avoir comparé certains modèles de grandes marques à prix exorbitants ; la qualité de cette veste ainsi que les finitions soignées en font une veste avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable !

Taimen offers superb product concerning the price.
Unfortunately the company is sometimes unreliable as example with accepting bad review on their homepage about certain products. I bought a lot products of Taimen such as waders, jackets and fly tying material. But especially with one order of a fly tying kit I was very unhappy wrote a review and it wasn't even published. the problem with it was, that it missed particular things which should be included (were on the product picture).

However, as it seems sometimes it's a bit of a lottery whether or not you are lucky with your service and product or not.

Having placed several substantial orders with Taimen I was generally very pleased with this company. Their claimed inventory seemed very credible and there was never issue with an inflated inventory resulting in back-orders and delays, which is all too common with other online retailers. The only complaint I had was that no tracking reference was supplied when the orders were sent. This said, I was more than happy to order from then.
Then I received an order containing an incorrect item, which in itself was no big deal. I sent a mail informing Taimen of this error and awaited a reply.
Sadly there was no response from Taimen, which was a very foolish response for an item costing perhaps 12 Euros. I therefore sent them a mail letting them know that they had lost a loyal customer.
I judge companies very much on how they respond to mistakes and problems, and here Taimen were a huge disappointment

Taimen er siden til dig, der gerne vil vente lidt på din pakke til fordel for en meget fordelagtig pris. De har gode lækre varer til en rigtig god pris. Deres egne produkter virker også helt ok i kvalitet.

Selvom siden/ shoppen ligger i polen, har der ikke været problemer overhoved med min forsendelse eller vare. Jeg fandt flere ting til gode priser i forhold til i Danmark, og jeg handler her med glæde igen en anden gang.
