Ordered goods 9 weeks ago. No goods have been delivererd, no refund, no reshipment, no date for a solution, no proposal, They only say that they have filed a complaint a the Postal Service... And now looking at all the reviews, I'm not the only one. So, be careful what you order and prepare to make a gamble with your money.

Goods ordered 2 Jan 2023. Not delivered after 7 weeks. Company does not answer messages.

I used to be a regular customer of Taimen. All was fine until I had a problem with a product that was faulty.

At that point, all communication stopped.

Like others here, I have had appauling service.

There is NO return possible. If your product is broken, faulty or the wrong one you will not get a refund.

Even if you pay to mail items to Poland, which is expensive, no refund will be made.

You can try to contact them by phone or email, they will not communicate in any way.

Do yourself a favour, buy from a reputable company that answers the phone and emails and accepts returns.

Or you could just open a window and throw your money away, which would be more productive.

As a regular customer I can tell you that this used to be a fairly good store, but they have hit rock bottom… hard! These days their stock is questionable, so is the quality and issues related to products and refunds are simply ignored. Your trust will be violated, so hold on to your hard-earned cash or spend it elsewhere.

Great website if you are looking for some cheap fly fishing gear.
I choose the fast delivery and got in within 2 days of my order.
The quality isn't the best but considering the price its worth it.
Overall i will be seeing myself buying alot of things from here...

Ho acquistato un articolo il 29 marzo pagando più di 300 euro.
Non ho mai ricevuto la merce. Oggi 2 Maggio, dopo oltre 1 mese di mie continue ma ahimè inutili mail di sollecito , il servizio clienti non mi ha ancora dato una risposta accettabile. Ho chiesto il rimborso ma fanno finta di nulla...incredibile!

Assistenza clienti pessima, ho ordinato waders, costo 304,99€, pagati e mai arrivati, ho contattato più volte il servizio clienti ma non sono in grado neppure loro di darci una risposta. Abbiamo chiesto quantomeno un rimborso, mai pervenuto.

De lo peor, me pasa por no leer las opiniones, desde luego os aconsejo que no pidáis ni la hora, es lamentable. Hice un pedido en enero, a finales de enero llegó a España, y aún no se me ha entregado, pues bien me dicen en correos que el paquete viene sin información de destino, que me ponga en contacto con la tienda, pues la tienda pasa de todo, le he mandado unos cuantos emails y ni caso, pasan de todo, ahora tengo yo que lidiar con correos España porque taimen pasa del cliente, lamentable estos polacos. Una y no más. Espero que alguno se lo piense y se arrepienta de comprarles.

On ecrit (même en anglais) aucune réponse. Les réglements Paypal ne fonctionnent pas. Je pense le signaler à Stonfo puisqu ils distribuent cette marque...

Ho ordinato un mulinello per un regalo, 15gg per averlo, 2 mail a cui non hanno mai risposto, alla fine è arrivato giusto in tempo. Ottimo articolo ma zero comunicazione. Non provate a telefonare tanto non risponde nessuno.

Non comprate niente... Mio fratello ha speso 160 euro... Merce mai arrivata... Non rispondono alle mail... Vergognosi...

Evitate di comprare in questo sito, ho comprato una canna da 160 euro. Il mio ordine non é mai stato inviato e non hanno mai risposto alle mie mail.

Son unos completos irresponsables, pedi un carrete y seleccione el envio de 3-5 días, y aqui estoy 11 días despues sin recibir nada y lo mas gracioso es que en el seguimiento pone que todavia esta en polonia. A los correos no hacen ni p*** caso por supuesto. en fin, primera y ultima vez

Le site TAIMEN est à éviter à tout prix. J'ai passé une commande d'une soie de pèche il y a 3 semaines, paiement CB, commande validée et depuis aucun retour, aucune référence de suivi, pas de réponse à les mails...L'ARNAQUE TOTALE. Je vous donne un conseil à tous, faite comme moi, signalez le à votre banque et si comme moi vous avez réglé par CB, vous serez remboursé. Salut TAIMEN ! (de mes 2).

Bonjour a tous , j'ai passer une commande en payant via PayPal le 31 octobre et celle ci a bien été validée le 3 novembre mais depuis ,plus rien .Pas de numéro de suivi , je n'ai aucune réponses au différents email envoyés l'équipe du site n'apporte aucune communication. Je vais désormais être obliger d'ouvrir un litige .scandaleux et pitoyable, pour l'instant c'est le pire shop en ligne que je connaisse . Dommage de placer sa confiance dans un shop qui s'en fiche du client
