Got some good gear, hoping to use it on the next camping experience.

I tried the "FREE" tactical box. Paid 15 in shipping for whats supposed to be 150 in merch.
I saw the delivery email, so I looked on my porch, it wasn't there. wth... Well I need to check my mail anyways so I go and it's in my mailbox....
WTH, its small.
Open it up and I just feel like I got the kids version. 4 products.
Knife, cool, I love blades but it's really small.
Another flashlight.... small, light, looks low quality.
A slingshot with laser. ok.
A emergency saw to cut limbs/wood.

My hand is as big as the box. Each item is just too small.
I would be so pist if I had paid 150 bucks for this.

Couple of things in this review. On one hand, the customer service team is next-level amazing. They are polite, highly responsive. Minus the fact they shipped me two of the same boxes the free try us out box and one of the 2 (should be 3 more on that next) pro quarterly.
One of the three pro quarterly boxes was lost due to poor packing. I sent photos costumer service, said they would replace the lost box but never did. On the other hand, the actual quality of the items is a complete joke. This company promises top-tier, premium outdoor goods, but what you actually get is useless trash. To make matters worse, they didn’t even bother to change the packaging on items they buy from AliExpress. I received multiple items with their AliExpress Original packaging. It is incredibly dishonest to take a $2 item from AliExpress, change nothing about it, and then claim it has a retail value 4 to 5 times higher than what it's actually worth.If you want to pay a massive premium for cheap dropshipped items just to talk to a nice support agent, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your money and buy your outdoor gear elsewhere.

Lots of communication and I haven’t received my box yet. Can’t wait till it gets here.

Not what I expected but received cool items some for everyday use some for seasonal use

I enjoy the monthly packages but they can sometimes be a little corny. Wish it was more tactical overall this is my second package so will see.

The knife is awesome. Got 3 boxes so far and none have disappointed.

100% ripoff. They advertise a discounted box to get you started, with the marketing making it clear that you'll receive a full box. Then you get a small box that's not even worth the discounted rate. When you reach out to them, they say "Oh, I'm sorry it wasn't clear that this is a sample box." Again, their website is CLEAR that this is supposed to be a full box. Rep was friendly enough and apologized (without offering any solution) but said that she would give me a 50% discount on the PRO box if I wanted to try it out. She assured me it would be a full box. And honestly, I believe her. So for $60, I got the $100 box (because it was $10 shipping) that's supposed to be valued at $300. Inside was a Marines commemorative token (I'm not a marine, and this in no way offers any survival value), a knockoff Lifestraw, an unbranded knife that you can buy on eBay for less than $20 right now, a silicone scraper than paint contractors have in their toolboxes, and a small, cheap duffle bag. I have reached out to cancel the subscription and request a refund. I highly doubt one will be forthcoming, but if so, I'll come back with an update. If you see no update, they decided to not make this right. I find it hard to believe that the items in this box are even worth the $60 I paid... much let the $110 it would usually cost or the $300 promised value.

When I received my 1st PRO box I was very pleased with contents for that tier level membership. I intend to use every single item they shipped. Can’t wait till my next shipment to arrive already.
