I did buy a much more expensive one previously which had a nice braided edge - this doesn’t have that but it won’t be seen as it’s under a table cloth

The choice and delivery were excellent, easy to select. The product is superb quality and does what it says on the tin. It will in future save me lots of money as the wife has it protecting the new table and side board. Very good value for money.

Ordered a thick, cut to size, clear plastic table cloth. Seemed to fit ok on arrival, then over several months it shrank!! No longer covers my table so not fit for purpose. James sent me on a wild goose chase asking for an invoice with measurements that I sent...then said he meant what does it measure now...then did not respond further. Left with a faulty product and no refund so I'm not pleased.

Following my last review, I’m pleased to say that I was contacted by James who explained that it looks like my table protector had got caught in the machinery - hence the poor cut. He also said that the reason nobody had contacted me was due to technical issues with their phone lines and live chat. However, it is now resolved and I have received a new, perfectly fitting table protector.
