My initial table top protector arrived with a jagged corner edge. This was apparently caused by a jam in the cutting machine, but really it shouldn’t have got past quality control.
I contacted them and to their credit they immediately apologised and didn’t quibble about replacing my order promptly. Good customer service shown when a problem did arise.
Dropped to 4* because of the initial problem, but otherwise is 5*

wanted a rounded-corner, rectangle tabletop protector (made to measure), and once I worked out how to measure the corner radii (radiuses) !, all was good.
Communication with the company was excellent, with customer service both professional and prompt.
My order was completed and delivered on time.
