Considering upgrading my 3 series, emailed James Hodgson for options. James promptly replied with details of my new i4. James’s customer service and attention is the reason I came back to BMW Wolverhampton.

How it should be done - I would like bring to your attention the Value of having good staff , Tim Holmes at BMW Wolverhampton along with Jason Bailey went the extra mile to make purchasing a nearly New Bmw IX1 a great experience and I would like them to be recognised for their outstanding customer service ethic .

Simple straight forward purchase, no freebies thrown in like every other bmw I’ve bought

I had regular updates on the progress of the sale. My car was ready for pick up as arranged. Everything to do with the purchase was explained to me and taken stage by stage so that I understood the process.
I was shown all the changes from my old car and felt comfortable to ask as many questions as I liked.
I was reassured that if I needed to come back to go through some of the controls again that it would not be a problem

I have been a customer of Rybrook and Sytner for many years and have always found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The showroom is always immaculate and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Matt and Sam who are part of the sales team for looking after me so professionally over the years. It's been a pleasure doing business with the dealership at Wolverhampton.

So I called up to book my car in for a repair I left a voicemail and asked someone to call me back that was early morning.
I called again in the afternoon because nobody had called me back.
Waited on the telephone then it went dead called back again and was put through to someone else then got cut off again.
I called back again and told the woman what happened and I was a new customer and thought the service wasn’t great, she replied that she would get the service manager to call be back that was over a week ago and still no call.

Not repair my car on time take 6 days half hour job and end up dmage my car not fix it,
After finishing job I find 2 problems and in my car and she never telling me when I pick up my car and after I went back try to telling me it was been like this before .

Marie on reception very friendly & I enjoyed a good yarn.

Matt was very helpful coming in on his day off to help with my warranty claim.

Was extremely happy that Ashley agreed to pay the shortfall that my warrantee company wrongly refused to pay.

After viewing a 22 Reg BMW K1600 at there Wolverhampton Dealership I agreed to purchase and duly left a deposit.

We agreed a collection date of the following week to give them time to carry out a Pre-Delivery service and inspection.

When I collected the Bike they had damaged a £500 accessory that was working prior to them carrying out the service.
They have refused to either carry out the repair themselves or pay for a specialist.

You would think going to a Main Dealership they would have a strong focus on customer service, not the case I'm afraid at Wolverhampton Rybrook.

Buying a new Bike should be an enjoyable experience, what a shame you just can't take anything for granted.

This is the second time i have sent my car in for some work and its the second time they have damaged my car. First time i eventually got them to agree to repairing body damage to my vehicle, for which i had to return back due to the disgusting paint job they did for them to re do- second time sent it in and they damaged driver side control panel leaving it to hang off the driver seat, not agreeing liability to damages. I dealt with a member of staff called WILLIAM STONE, who was utterly rude on the phone not letting me get my word in at all! Do not send your car here they do not accept damages and are rough with handling your car. Such a poor representation of bmw

I am a trade account holder, I ordered some parts on a Thursday from Stuart and was suppose to collect them on Saturday. I arrive on Saturday and the parts have been left on quote. I re ordered them on Saturday from collection on Wednesday and I have been told there not ready to collect till the following day on Thursday. As a business owner I have been very disappointed in the service provided by Mark and Stuart from the parts department as it has affected my business of being a garage owner having to let customers down due to an established business who can not carry out simple duties and tasks they are required to do. Will never be using them again and would gladly be closing my trade account with them and opening up somewhere else due to lack of customer service skills. Very poor customer service skills and rude staff be aware.

Excellent customer service from start to finish from Steve Turner at Rybrook Wolves. They made the entire experience worry free and listened to my requirements ensuring everything was delivered. Nothing was too much for them and they always made us feel welcome and kept us up to date. I cannot recommend them highly enough especially Steve!

Called into the very quiet reception today at approx 14.45hrs, only 2 other male customers present sitting down and chatting.
2 receptionists on the desk, one greeted me.
I asked if there were any black automatic X1 motors available.
She kindly rang and asked a salesman who replied he didn't know out of 3 available X1s, if the black one was automatic transmission.
I was told to look outside on the pitch, bearing in mind it was raining very heavily and the cars I was interested were not under a canopy.
There was no offer to sit down until the rain stopped, no offer of a salesman to assist with an umbrella, in fact just NIL customer service whatsoever.
I'm a retired female nurse with 45 years service and was going to treat myself. I certainly intend to but NOT at Rybrook Wolverhamptom.....Shame on you!

What can I say, the service you get from Rybrook Wolverhampton is worth every penny you pay for their amazing cars, all the staff are friendly welcoming and always offer you a drink throughout, Jason Westbury is amazing so helpful so understanding to your every need, every tiny little detail nothing is too much for him to make your experience truly special you forget your parting with your money, constant updates, Jason Bailey was just as friendly, they make you feel like your the best customer they’ve ever had lol I am over the moon with my purchase and the high standard you get from here is first class
