Thorough handover and great after sales support.
Tring BMW feels like a family and all staff are willing to help. Even the engineers will happily give impromptu assistance after delivery of a car however many visits and questions I have.

Incredibly helpful in finding the right car for me
Ahsan and Steven at Sytner Tring went above and beyond in helping me identify the right car for me, and then finding the car and putting a deal together. I'm a fairly keen driver and wanted something great to drive but also practical. That led to quite a few test drives of different vehicles and then several conversations about specs. Ahsan was patient, friendly and helpful in working that through, then put together a great deal (with some prompting!) and got me a very good trade in on my old car. Will definitely come to them again

He kept me updated on my cars progress and very kindly arranged for it to be washed and vacuumed once the work had been completed and had the car ready on time for me to collect.

I would 100% recommend Mark if you are looking to purchase or even want to enquire about a car with BMW Tring. Mark was very patient with me and not pushy at all, I have to admit I’m not one to visit car garages as it can be daunting at times but Mark made me feel very welcome. Mark pulled out all the stops to get me the car I wanted from beginning to end a fantastic experience. When picking up the car Mark took time to through all technical elements to the car, set me up with CarPlay and really put the customer first. I will definitely be returning for my next car. Check quotations very carefully
Was made an offer for my car prior to travelling to look at the one they had for sale. Asked for finance quotes. Without being asked they added 1200 pounds to the price of the car for ceramic coating and wheel protection etc. This over the period of the finance would make them extra money on the interest. Also they sent out the finance quotes for the wrong duration and forgot to deduct the 700 pound dealer contribution too which also put the monthly price up. They are not of a dealer standard worthy of BMW.
Following in from your reply, as a quality brand you should not be making mistakes of this nature with financial quotations as less careful people would simply sign them. I stand by my feedback that the level or professionalism was severely lacking and the members of staff need to be retrained before being allowed to continue to trade to prevent miss selling in future.

My car was booked in for a service yesterday and also for a factory recall. I was surprised how competitive the price was compared to independent garages.
