Very poor after sales and warranty Sytner Select Willenhall
Very poor after sales from Sytner Select Willenhall Wolverhampton. No customer services or customer complaints dept to speak to, get passed round and round in circles and they try to charge you for taking car in under warranty for repairs.
Brought Audi Q3 with their Sytner select 3 months courtesy warranty and also an extended 3yrs warranty.
Less than a month in car has faults, phone to speak to sales team, refer me to book in with service/repairs team as under warranty.
Take car in at their earliest convenience, no costs mentioned until after you take car in, they want to charge £120 for diagnosing, per each fault and taking an hour each, in my case £360 and 3hrs.
As I was not aware of these requirements, I ask for the most urgent fault to be looked at.
The young ladies at the front desk profusely laugh at you for not knowing the timescale and costs that they charge for diagnostics. No documentation given prior for you to know this. Nothing mentioned on warranty documents either.
Then they want car left overnight - stranding you without car as not local and very difficult for me to get back. Already lost a days work. Do not provide courtesy car.
They refuse to authorise you to take car to your local Sytner dealership contrary to warranty to deliberately make it as difficult as possible.
Speak to Sales team, who say cannot do anything to help, contrary to legal consumer protection rights. Repair, Replace or Refund if car develops faults within 6 months. In my case less than a month in and under warranty.
Phone warranty services who say to phone sales team to cancel extended warranty and refund price for warranty. Phone sales team to cancel warranty, who keep putting you through to repairs, who put you back to sales.
Apparently there is no head of business to speak to. Repairs team say you get put in loop that keeps you going back and forth.
Car not fixed and no one to speak to for refund to warranty.
Please avoid!

Car with faults, lack of support after sales.
Bought a car just about 2 weeks ago, and the after sales support is outrageous, car had a few issues, which did not bother me as I understand cars can issues and the dealership would sort this out, gave my car in to the service centre, which is also part of the dealership and everything went smoothly up until the drop off. The next day I'm told only 2 faults will be rectified out of the 4, then the car was sent to SSG to fix the fault with the car alarm and brake discs which were corroded would be repaired the next day allegedly, however corrosion on brake discs can be dangerous especially for dealerships like Sytner to be selling cars like this, when in fact this was an advisory on the previous MOT on this car. No courtesy car was provided at all from this place considering I gave my car at the start of the week and it's now midway of the week and still awaiting, also mentioned to them that I need a vehicle for tomorrow due to work but nothing being done and being told my car would be ready for Friday but they can not guarantee it. Has all been reported to black horse and complaint to the general management. Just to remind you "Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015", the vehicle should have been of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described at the point of sale. Given that these faults were identified so soon after purchase, I am entitled to expect that the vehicle will be repaired promptly and that I will not be left without suitable transport in the meantime.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, with very friendly staff, who have all offered above and beyond for myself purchasing a new car.
