A total Lack of customer service and…
A total Lack of customer service and interest with the problems I had with my car which was at the oldbury showroom for 2 weeks awaiting a fault to be rectified with the left wheel which had developed a squeak when turning left. The team stripped the breaks down and replaced the wheel bearing which did not rectify the problem then I was told they were awaiting a senior technician to look at it so who did the work in the first place was it somebody not senior.
The car was then left for a for three days and nothing else was done to it. Anthony a manager I presume then phoned me and asked me if I would give him to the following Tuesday to rectify the problem and If the problem was still there he would give me a refund minus the mileage I had put on the vehicle I agreed and the following Tuesday arrived still not rectified. I then informed Daniel Prestige that I wanted a full refund And he informed that I was not entitled to one, after I had explained to him what my statutory rights were and after he had spoken to Mark Harris he agreed and I left the car with you on your forecourt. What a shambles and complete embarrassment for Sytner Oldbury because I will tell this story to many people as I work as a statutory compliance Manager and could have took the problem a lot further but I just wanted to get rid of the stress it has caused me. I was charged seven hundred and fifty pound for the mileage I had accumulated and not once did anybody say sorry through no fault of my own.
I have lost around a thousand pounds with car tax and insurance and now have the inconvenience of sourcing another car. Just a complete and utter lack of customer service. And Sytner Oldbury should be embarrassed about it , but will they ! I think not. Thank you for listening.

I popped into Sytner BMW Oldbury to find out more about the iX models as I’m looking to replace my company car and was really impressed by the service.
Holly on reception went out of her way to find someone to help me while the sales team were busy and even started showing me the cars herself until Carl was available. Carl was incredibly helpful and professional, despite knowing I wouldn’t actually be purchasing through them due to our company car portal. He took the time to show me the models in the showroom as well as an iX2 that was outside awaiting collection and even followed up by emailing me the brochures.
It’s the little things that make such a difference. Thank you Holly and Carl for making me feel so welcome and valued — now that’s what I call great customer service! 👏🏻

Really good experience
Really good experience , the car did have to go in 3 times for the same fault , but the service manager Steve was excellent and the repair was done under warranty quickly with no issues .
A courtesy suitcase and a few freebies were also thrown in , very much appreciated 👍🏻

I was stranded 200.miles from home. My vehicle was repaired straight away and I was able to collect it 3 days later
The staff member who received and dealt with my car was Steve Worton. And he went above and beyond my expectations and gave a service that I have not received in other sytner garages that I have used
Having collected my vehicle and returned home. I had a query on the invoice that I would like clarified. Unfortunately I have phoned on a number of occasions left messages and spoken to reception team. I am unable to speak with anyone about the invoice so I am not happy with follow up after u have paid the invoice.

Sytners Oldbury have always been my go…
Sytners Oldbury have always been my go to for looking after my B M W. We have taken our cars there for well over 25 years and travel 45 minutes each way (if the traffic is good) for the service the car deserves. My only complaint is the booking in procedure which seems to have all changed.It would be nice to speak to a human being rather then a machine. Trying to use the app was also not successful and we gave up after five attempts .

First time service
Easy to book the service for my Mini online. Texts sent to remind me of my appointment time. Complimentary valeting service provided and plenty of tea and coffee available whilst I was waiting for my car to be completed. Video of the safety check sent for me to see what was happening. One niggle - oil light came on as I was driving home and I had to return to get it sorted out.

My experience with BMW has been up and down over the years, but my most recent visit completely changed that.
Yesterday, I dropped my car off for a recall, and my service advisor, Reece, was outstanding from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the day via WhatsApp, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
When I returned today to collect my car, Reece surprised me with a BMW suitcase filled with a few thoughtful gifts. It was a really nice touch and showed how much he values his customers.
I highly recommend dealing with Reece if you get the chance. He’s friendly, professional, communicative, and genuinely goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. A real credit to BMW.

I had a really good experience at Sytner and can't sing their praises enough. They not only took good care of my car, but also me. Shout-out to Stephen and Jackie, who were amazing and made the experience even better.
