The time taken to rebook my car after a fault was found was over two months. I had to reach out to you, to get an appointment. After the identifying the issue at the first appointment I asked if the windscreen crack was related to the issue with the air con and it was stated that it was all connected. Unfortunately I only had this verbally. The windscreen cracked after using the remote remote, wasn't fixed and blamed on a stone chip. Due to my own time constraints I've been paying for a defunct car for over a year.

I have looked into your issue with the screen and the air conditioning and can confirm this is unrelated. There is a chip causing the windscreen to be cracked so its not related to other repairs required on your car. A very warm reception. I was kept informed of the progress of the work being carried out during the afternoon. Refreshments were provided whilst I waited for the work to be completed. Once the work was finished I was informed, in detail, of the outcome of the MOT and the Aircon. And, as I left, I was assisted in leaving the garage. A great experience, which I have always been the case at Sytner jaguar.

You are welcomed the minute you come through the drop off point by someone, all attendants there were great. The offer of bespoke coffees while waiting an added appreciated offer maintaining the higher end offer from a high end manufacturer. Sam the colleague looking after my service was great, top marks! updated me part way through very thorough review of the whole service at the end when It was time to my car back, polite and respectful the car by the way looked pristine following the valet and wash. Another great touch. Loved the detailed video of the complimentary health check sent to my email. Was confident with the service from the staff and works carried out on my jaguar f pace.

I have to say that the service l received was of an excellent standard , from arriving at the dealership early because of my misunderstanding . Sam from the service department sorting everything in a very polite, friendly and professional manner .

The servicing of my car seemed thorough.
The servicing of my car seemed
thorough and the video tour underneath it regarding suspension, tyres and brakes was helpful.
When I checked the car in I took an engineer out on a test drive to try to identify a creaking noise at the rear of the vehicle - he did hear it and hoped the realignment of the tailgate and new struts would cure it.
I have no evidence a further test drive after the work was completed occurred but when I collected the car the creak at very low speed particularly when reversing - was still present. This is obviously disappointing as the vehicle has been in previously to identify and cure the creak but it seems to keep returning with no solution.

Constant excuses.
My car went in for repair at Sytner Jaguar Stockport on 10th November 2025 and despite the fault being diagnosed and parts being available within a few days, the car has not yet been repaired almost 5 months later. Excuses have included staff sickness, lack of trained technicians, lack of repair bays, other cars being too difficult to repair and there being over 200 cars awaiting repair. On several occasions I have been told my car is next in line and that it will be fixed within a week and then I hear nothing. I get no updates unless I call myself and my account manager is rarely available - sometimes returning my call and sometimes not. Really poor customer care.

worst company
This was the worst company I've ever dealt with. I have a 2019 Jaguar Ipace that's been there for repairs since October 2025. They don't give a timeframe, they just say I have to wait. It's like we're worthless and doing us a favor. The person who's helping me is very kind and caring, but it seems like he can't do anything because he can't even give me a timeframe for when the car will be ready. I'm very disappointed with the brand and the Stockport dealership.
