Excellent service I'm very happy with who did my car

Very helpful staff who gave great service. Very comprehensive report on the state of my vehicle - an ancient S type Jaguar which I purchased new from Guy Salmon in 2004. Previously I had bought two S-types and traded the last one in for the diesel version. Over all those years I have always had great service.

ordered ipace in july for supposed delivery on the 5th december which is in 5 days time. took my deposit and ive not heard anything from them since. emailed ryan and sales manager and not even had an acknowledgment of my emails. i spend over £60,000 and this is how im treated. Are they selling that many they cant spend a minute to contact me. Terrible service.

I can honestly say I had nothing but a good experience buying our new jaguar I pace. Whilst the wait was long, it wasn't too bad considering the difficulties experienced in obtaining components worldwide, it was a smooth transition, walked us through every stage. Anthony our sales person was extremely helpful and patient and still is with the many questions I'm asking post collection of my beautiful car. Well done!

I have had an ongoing issue with my Jaguar XJ starting up after being left unused for up to two weeks.
I reported this issue to Styner Jaguar Coventry at my annual service in November 2021 and no fault was found, I had further problems this January, and it was checked over again
I was advised that the problem could be that the battery is losing charge and to leave it on a trickle charge if I am not using it on a regular basis!
The vehicle was still within the manufacturer's warranty then.
In November this year the battery warning light has come on I have been on two long runs but still having problems starting it.
I have been advised today that the battery could be checked and charged up if required or replaced at a cost as I did not renew the warranty.
My argument is how can a battery need replacing after just over three years and if the battery was checked in January why was it not replaced then?
I have a service due but after today's experience I would not be using Styner Jaguar Coventry again.

Sytner did everthing they could to ensure the repair of a major failure of our engine was as stress free as possible. They carried out all communications with our breakdown insurer, Jaguar and our extended warranty supplier to progress this repair as efficiently as possible and ensure we had alternative transport. When ownership of the repair was challenged (was it warranty or Jaguar) they tried to make this as stress free as possible until it was resolved. Although we were disappointed that this was not handled internally between Jaguar and the warranty supplier, Sytner did everything they could to expedite the repairs.

They did what expected. Collected the car, service and MOT carried out and delivered the car back. Just what I expected.

It was great that they have re introduced car collections. They were the last big car company to do this.

Didn’t feel I had that personnel service , had to ask questions rather than be informed. Not over the moon I must say.

The ongoing world shortage of ‘chips’( slang) has tried everybody’s patience and has created the delay in the delivery of my new E Pace. Kevin Scott has kept me totally informed at every twist @nd turn,and there have been a few of those. Unprecedented times.

I picked my I Pace up this week and couldn’t be happier with it. The service from Anthony was fantastic and his after service has been fantastic too. I couldn’t recommend them more.
