Sytner Group - Sytner Jaguar Coventry Arvostelua 

My experience was initially a nightmare.
My car was recovered under the extended warranty scheme.
I had heard nothing for over a week so thought I might get in touch with someone.
The guy I spoke to was not a regular employee and had been drafted in from another site. They didn’t even know they had the car on site.
I attended the dealership in person in a fair to say disgruntled mood.
Luckily I was spoken to by Craig the workshop manager who was very professional and managed to bring everything to a satisfactory conclusion after two weeks of having the car.
He was assisted by Claire who works in the service department who was also very professional and helpful. These two individuals have saved the reputation of you dealership at Coventry and should be recognised for doing so.

I took my car to Sytner Jaguar Coventry for it’s MOT. I waited while the work was done and was well looked after by Steve and the other members of the team. The car was ready, cleaned and vacuumed with the MOT paperwork by mid morning.

Asked if the car could be collected at 2.00pm and was promised a call
I phoned the dealership 5 times and eventually got a call back from the receptionist at 3.00pm
I was due a security patch but on dropping the car off one person said they needed 2 keys this was not explained at time of booking but another said they only needed 1 key but would let me no.
When collecting the car I was informed the patch was not done as they did need 2 keys but yet again no call to tell me

Would prefer an appointment time ( sure I understand things can happen and would accept a reasonable delay ) rather than turn up and then 3 hours later state your car is going in now . Then to be contacted to say we have not had time to wash it. Basically because of the original delay Staff are great always pleasant and previously had good experience. But has happened with both our cars on the last couple of occasions

Still waiting for my quote for the work indicated at the last service.

I recently had a service experience with Jaguar, and I must say it was deeply disappointing. I left my car at Sytner Jaguar Coventry for what should have been a service, but it turned into an ordeal lasting three weeks, and the car is still not with me. The most frustrating aspect was the complete lack of communication from their side. I had to initiate contact multiple times to get any updates on my car's status. Even worse, they couldn't provide any meaningful information about the issues my car was facing or when I could expect it back. The situation escalated to the point where my car became inoperable, and I was left without transportation. This experience has seriously shaken my confidence in the Jaguar brand and their commitment to customer service. I sincerely hope they take immediate steps to address these issues and improve their service quality.

Update on the 01/09/2023

I still didn't get my vehicle back, and the service person is not responded to my call I have called the Jaguar several times, and still waiting for the update.

I did send an email to Oliver Mann, on 29/08/2023. And unfortunately, he is not getting back to me either. Obviously, this is a fake PR and trying to pretend they care about customers, which is unfortunately not. Being a Jaguar owner and sending the vehicle back to Sytner Jaguar Coventry is the worst decision I have ever made in my life.

A great overall experience at a competitive price but very disappointed with the call center who took my appointment, the first person I spoke to was very helpful who gave me a price and said he would phone me back, that I could have a car for a day no problem. When I phoned back (because he didn’t…) I spoke to someone else who really didn’t seem very competent. Not only was the price cheaper but was told I need to book 7-8 weeks in advance for a lent car. As the guy before didn’t keep any of my details he couldn’t understand how it was possible that I didn’t have the same price. After 20 minutes on the phone just to book the car in I finally had an appointment. I was happily surprised when I got the bill that it was the price I was originally given.

My brakes are screaming every time I use the brakes it’s embarrassing.
Jaguar say it cannot fix the fault.
I googled the problem, It’s a known problem to Jaguar but they are refusing to fix the fault. So I paid £42k

This was my first experience of Sytner Jaguar and from my initial enquiry the service was first class. Following advice and information from Nicholas, during the service process, I was kept fully informed and when we agreed some further work, this was clearly reported and priced for authorisation. My vehicle was in pristine condition when I collected it. Overall - excellent.

Pleasant first time, however chasing up the service advisor for vehicle health check video which would have ensured the car was being worked on (3:45pm when I phoned as no update had been provided after dropping the vehicle off at 8am) was rather disappointing. The vehicle was washed, but was a very poor job (looked better dirty).

Overall, the work done was satisfactory, but improvements on customer service could occur.

I'd definitely would recommend Sytner Jaguar Coventry for your service requirements because I was delighted with the entire service process from start to finish, from booking in online. To being contacted by Sytner Jaguar dealership the day before my service date, to driving onto their premises and being warming greeted by staff at reception desk even at 8.20 in the morning and offered refreshments while I waited. I was attended to by Nicholas Harrington who explain service process. I thought the video footage they sent to me of the inspection of under body of my vehicle was a nice touch, which was sent by Sam Johnson, to having it washed and valeted before my collection. Follow up call on Monday (31/07/23) to check everything was as it should be with the service. #Customer love10/10

Claire at Sytner Jaguar Coventry is always polite, friendly and efficient when we bring in cars to be serviced and keep us updated.

Great experience with my recent purchase of E pace. This is my first experience with jaguar Coventry. We were greeted by friendly staff who make you feel welcoming. Leanne was very helpful at our first visit and since then she kept us updated about the availability of model I am looking for. She introduced us to Anthony Griffith, sales specialist who made the whole process of purchase less stressful to us . He was very professional and systematic in his approach. He explained all my queries with patience. Overall, a pleasant experience with my first purchase from Jaguar coventry.

Had a service carried out today on my XE really pleased with the service I had. Kept informed on the progress would highly recommend this dealership *****
