Worse experience on car service 4hours
Worse experience on car service since purchasing my first Jaguar 2019 at Brislington 4hours just to long didn’t appear to be any individual to blame sure they did their best not able to give car courtesy clean either.

Awaiting a response
I am awaiting a response regarding a defective part which should be covered by the guarantee, several emails sent and phone calls but issue still to be resolved. Also when car dropped off, I asked for a new rear wiper blade to be replaced which so say actually passed your inspection even though the blade was split effecting rear visibility when raining.

The best ever
I have bought a number of cars over a long period from Jaguar Landrover including a Disco 2, two Freelanders, a Defender, a Discovery S, three F Types, a discovery sport, an XE, an Epace.
During this I have dealt with various sales executives and Managers, however my most recent experience where dealt with Bivin Sebastian and his General Manager was the best ever.

Offer no video of service unlike other manufacturers. Car was cleaned but not thoroughly (I appreciate this isn't their main task but a prestige brand should look after their customers with a little more integrity.) All in all three stars which is about right relating to my entire sales experience with this group.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This dealer is nothing but terrible…They don't call back and they're deceitful (I would like to name and shame him but won't bother). Originally booked in for 3 days got my car back after 21 days. I thought would do them a favour and declined the courtesy car that was booked in for me but wish I now took it. I called them 10 times over two weeks for an update and only once called me back, despite promising me they would.
They cost me time, and stress. No thought of the inconvenience they passed on to me. I informed them 2 weeks prior I was going abroad and needed my car back, first they said will be ready Thursday, then Friday then Saturday and then Monday mid-day, got it back Monday 6pm the night I was flying out.
Absolutely dire service from the managers, this has got to be the worst customer experience. I won't be taking my car to JR Cribbs causeway again, complete joke!!

Not washed or hovered, disappointing.
Dropped the car off in the morning for a service, told the lady dealing with the details that i needed the car ready by 15.00hrs as i had a ferry to catch to get home. Unfortunately the car didn't get cleaned & hovered as told, as time ran out, left at 15.15hrs, just about made the ferry.

Not happy.
Booked service weeks in advance only to be told just before my appointment that the soonest they could fit me in was in another eight weeks. Booked for 2d Jan and told 17th December they couldn't do it til end of Feb. Was not pleased so they fitted me in on 4th Feb. To add insult to injury they then sent me an email saying I had cancelled the original service.

F-Type service and MOT
Dropped off the car on a Thursday for a booked service and MOT on the Friday, collected the car on Monday. Immaculate reception and drive in welcome area. Arrived a day early to drop car off and this was no problem. Car needed new whipper blades to pass MOT which were not in stock. Although not a problem on this occasion as I was collecting the car after the weekend and they were able to source the blades and retest before collection.
Overall a good experience with polite and friendly staff.

I mentioned my F type had 2 obvious faults that i would expect them to find on a "large" service that cost over £700. They did not find them but did try to extract more cash for work that does not yet need doing. Pretty poor really and i left feeling like i had been robbed!!
