The service from the adviser was good,comunication when you speak to other adviser did not relay information.Its all it the detail I purchased 4 new tyres centre caps and bolts.
The tyre fitting soap was left on the wheels ,the wheel bolt holes was not cleaned just the new nuts were put in.
The car was not cleaned before pick up.
The wheel soap removsl took half an hour to remove.
Finer detail would have been good.

Started really badly as simply trying to book my car in for a service proved very difficult. You can’t speak to anyone and the automated system didn’t recognise my registration number.
On the day I always find being asked to take a seat and then the dreaded wait until someone acknowledges you and comes to check the car in a total nightmare. Anyway I explained I had a taxi waiting and had to get going to a meeting and Lawrence saved the day and restored my faith and made the whole experience easy and usable. So thanks to Lawrence I will return. Maybe even buy my sons car when he is ready this year!

Took my vehicle in for a service via the fleet company and they were very welcoming. I was given a desk to work from while I waited and complimentary coffee! It made my Friday much easier knowing that I wasn't going to lose any work hours waiting for the vehicle to be serviced.

I was able to bring my car in for a Club Vehicle Health Check and wait. Coffee was provided and all staff pleasant and courteous.
Lawrence took my keys and explained that I would be able to follow what was happening during the vehicle health check.
The car was returned having been washed!

What I couldn’t understand is that I was kept waiting over 3 hours for a routine procedure. (I was told on the phone originally it would be an hour to an hour and a half). I had no opportunity to speak to someone on the mechanical side beforehand so that I could mention any concerns I had about the running of the car. At the end a man came up and spoke to me for about 30 seconds, handed me a piece of paper and that was it. I was originally told I would have an opportunity to look at possible car purchases during my wait, but this never happened.

Always a great service wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Mercedes Benz of Bath is a great place. Staff are always helpful, welcoming, informative and kind. Never any problems and if there are then it’s dealt with quickly and professionally. Great facilities and a relaxing area while you wait for your car.

when dealing with customers , it is vital that the reception team are friendly , polite and helpful. At Mercedes Bath you have the best.
Laurence came to deal with my car, it was in for a full service. He couldn't have been a better choice for me,
again polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

They couldn’t find the fault and over the two days they had the car no one contacted me to keep me updated .it cost me £550 to tell me what it wasn’t!
They wanted to keep the car another 4/5 days for more tests, Christ, that’s taking the milk as I’m not made of money!

Elease and the team at Mercedes Benz bath were very helpful during my visit on 19th August. I dropped my car off for a service and brake fluid refill, car was done by the afternoon and when I collected it I was told in great detail about what they done but I also received some great information from elease that I wasn’t even aware of. I was also sent a video to my email of one of the team doing a thorough check of my car. The team in Mercedes are very helpful and I will continue to use them for further work and servicing of my vehicle.

Top notch service as always

Helpful, experienced and informed staff. Excellent ability to book your car in with short notice availability and short turn around waiting times or leave your car and collect later. Health checks with a video sent to you to better understand the condition of your vehicle and where to be advised when to make maintenance changes that keep your car roadworthy, safe and in good working order.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Charlie Maddox for the excellent service he provided throughout the day. He was courteous, professional, and ensured I was fully informed at every stage, taking the time to explain everything clearly.

I am writing to say thank you very much for your amazing customer service. My Mercedes was damaged earlier in the year and I was waiting for a local bodyshop to repair this but as you pointed out to me when I was having my car serviced, this is part of the agreement the rest was taken out of my hands and the service was exemplary from this point on. I am a solo parent so juggling things in the summer holidays and trying to get things done for myself are quite tricky especially the thought of not having a car but you took all that stress away from me and everything was smooth. The hire car was dropped off at the body repair centre, they drove it to me and picked up my car. It took 3 weeks but I was happy as I had a replacement car which was fantastic (although an Audi). Thank you for your care and due diligence, I am always impressed by Synter and the level of service you provide. A special shout out to Claire Cullen who really demonstrated brilliant customer service.

I have tried now one three occasions to get a quote for a service on my daughters A Class Mercedes and to book in for a warranty investigation/repair. Each time I'm
Put through to an answer machine which states that I can either book online or be put through to someone on WhatsApp ( which is a bot ). If the bot can't help they put you through to someone, allegedly and you wait and wait and no one ever comes back to you or responds. Utterly ridiculous.......the system is hopeless and makes you wonder why you ever bothered
