Maserati 1st year maintenance
Recently had the 1st year maintenance. Nothing was too much trouble & the service was exceptional. Anthony the aftersales manager came & introduced himself & made the visit memorable. When finished the car was handed back to us perfectly clean, inside & out. I can’t recommend this Maserati aftersales enough!

The team are faultless!
The team are faultless from the lady on reception who is so friendly and welcoming to Hayley in Servicing who was looking after me on this occasion. Hayley kept me fully informed, kept her promises, made some great suggestions and delivered the car back on time. This is the norm in my interactions with the team at Maserati.

Roma Service and retrofit steering wheel installation
Roma was booked into Graypaul Solihull for an annual service and the installation of the retrofit steering wheel.
Communication from the service team and especially Jack, was as always excellent, keeping me fully informed all through the process.
The new steering wheel is a revelation and the car is now performing better than it ever has.
Thank you Graypaul and especially Jack, you're an asset!

This is a review for Graypaul Maserati Birmingham.
My Grecale Folgore was booked for it's first service and I'd arranged a courtesy car from Graypaul for the day. However, the courtesy car wasn't returned by the previous customer due to a family emergency.
So Graypaul set me up with a private office and were excellent hosts while my service went ahead. It's not that something won't go wrong with the plans we make, it's what you do to recover the position. Well done Olivia, Emma and Anthony 👏👏👏

Pothole damage
I had gone for a small repair and to book the service. unfortunately when they did a safety check the discovered a pothole damaged tyre. A car was organised to take me home and the front tyres were replaced and the service completed. A car was then organised to bring me back to the dealership. All within the timescales set at the beginning.

Hayley who I organised my scheduled service, is a superstar and has looked after me at this dealership before. The set up is very good and there is no slipperiness, all the staff are lovely and want to make your experience a good one. They achieve this in bucketloads. Very easy to deal with
