I was having trouble with the download/unzip/load process. They created a special file for me so I could just load the patches I wanted and not the entire bundle!!! They responded to my questions immediately and sent me the custom file in one day. The customer service and support team at this company is five star plus. Not to mention the sound patches are super. Great company, great sounds!

Great collection of sounds. Was a little difficult to install, but finally succeeded. Would be nice to have more 70s-80s-90s cover sound collection.

The site has a huge number of sound packs for different synthesizers. Prices vary but seem reasonable and most if not all have youtube demos so you can see what you're getting before you buy, which is nice.

I had some issues with one pack I bought but got very helpful support from the staff so was quickly able to resolve it to my satisfaction.

I hope I reached the right company URL, apparently I'm the first to file a review?
In any case, I purchased some synth preset sound files, a few of which did not seem to function. Support responded (with an actual live human lifeform!), was very helpful, and patient. We went back and forth a bit, trying to explain exactly what was going on with this particular situation. Eventually, they offered another set of preset sound files to work with, which were great (using them at this very moment).

It should be noted that these preset files, combined with the synths they are loaded into, can sometimes be rather complex, with multiple settings and layers of content which have to be recognized and synced together in the targeted synth engine.
They've been more than fair trying to get this sorted out, big plus for support help.
