i’ve never in my entire life dealt with a company with such great customer service caring for their customer every bit of the way. I will highly recommend Synthcloud to every musician I know. My Roland BK – 7M broke and I needed a part for it. I was able to buy a new unit through Synthcloud at an exceptionally good price. The unit came on time and in perfect condition. they also took the time to see if they could locate the part I needed for my other unit as Roland does not support their products. They offered to try to find it and send that as a gift. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this company. Roland, which has no customer service at all and should be ashamed of themselves could learn a whole lot from this wonderful company synthcloud. Recommend this to all your fellow musicians. I do about 75 shows a month playing in restaurants hotels in New York and senior buildings during the day and I will mention this company to anybody who needs music services. Habe das „GHENOS2“ Paket gekauft. Das Paket enthält eine schnöne Sammlung, insbesondere von Piano und Gitarren Sampels. Nach anfänglichen Problemen bei der Anwahl im YEM, wurde mir sehr schnell vom Kundenservice ausgeholfen und eine neue Datei zum Download übermittelt, die jetzt uneingeschränkt funktioniert.
