Their technical support is terrible. I needed replacement wheels. They sent the wrong ones twice and now are simply ignoring me. Honestly I’ve never experienced such a disregard for customer care. Avoid this company.

Retoure liegt seit sechs Wochen bei der Firma, keine Rückerstattung, keine Antwort auf Mails oder Telefonanrufe.

Non rispondono mai , provato su tutti i canali se avete bisogno di qualcosa siete fregati.Cambiato marca anche perché i pezzi di ricambio sono quasi impossibili da trovare

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the SwitchBot official store. I placed order #EU63975 on January 10th, 2026, and it has been a nightmare ever since.

The issues:

False availability: When I ordered, the website indicated a mid-February delivery. After I reached out to them, I was told the items (Lock Ultra and Keypad Vision Pro) wouldn't even reach their warehouse until late February or early March.

Better service elsewhere: It is mind-blowing that while the official manufacturer claims to be out of stock, the exact same products are available on Amazon with 1-day delivery. Ordering directly from the source resulted in the worst service possible.

Ghosted by Support: This is the most frustrating part. After an initial generic apology from "Debbie," my subsequent emails dated Jan 29th, Feb 2nd, and Feb 13th have been completely ignored. It is unprofessional and frankly insulting to ignore a customer who has already paid and is facing significant delays due to your own logistics failures.

Summary: Zero transparency, terrible logistics, and non-existent customer service. If you want a SwitchBot product, buy it on Amazon. Do NOT give your money to their official website unless you want to be ignored for weeks.

I am using the waterdetector and floorlamp. They both work well and the setups was easy. Pricing is ok, compared to other brands.
The amount of settings of the floorlamp are amazing.

Wir warten nun beinahe 2 Monate auf eine Rückerstattung. Der Kundenservice stellt sich tot.

The Switchbot Ultra lock has exactly covered my need at an affordable price. It is a qualitative and well thought product.

I have a few different items from Switchbot and they've all been good quality with very clear instructions and plenty of options in the app

Der Akku von dem Keypad Vision 1C hält gerade mal zwei Wochen. Eine Benachrichtigung , wenn er zur neige geht, kommt erst gar nicht. Aktuelles Update bring auch keine Besserung. Dann wieder zurück an den Lieferranten.

I’ve been using the SwitchBot Smart Lock Pro for a couple of months now. I really like its design and I find it incredibly handy. No complaints at all!

I've been using switchbot products for years and I especially like the S10 vacuum robot which is directly connected to the kitchen tap so I don't have to refill and empty water tanks. Support has always been very good if I had any issues or questions.

We recently bought a Switchbot K11+ and we're really pleased with it. Compact, relatively quiet, picks up "the bits", works well on hard floors and carpets. Quick to alert you if something is wrong. It was a no regrets purchase. We're even considering a second for upstairs!

The accompanying app is pretty decent as well. Fairly easy to find your way around and lets you do most things you'd expect. The "at home detection" isn't that reliable, but to be fair it is still in "beta".

We've not tried the mop function yet, but we didn't but the vacuum for that.

Pues decir que switchbot va mejorando poco a poco con nuevos productos y actualizaciones, tiene productos muy interesantes como el medidor pro muy funcional y en mi caso compatible con casa de apple.
en mi caso tengo els sensor exterior tambien, y la cerradura pro con el teclado con obertura por reconocimiento facial "la cara" es genial!
otra cosa que tengo en mente para comprar es el cuadro art frame, me parece una pasada, sera lo proximo.
a mejorar la app con iphone a veces alguna funciona sale rara o es lenta la app...
pueden mejorar y lo estan haciendo poco a poco.

I have a thermometer/humidity meter with external sensor. Readability is very good with high contrast from all angles. Very sleek design with rounded edges and high quality feel on the materials.
Minor observation is if synching with phone hasn't been delayed for a long time, it will take some time for the transfer as it takes place over Bluetooth.

Los los mas inútiles del mundo. Confie en ellos y adquiri muchos de sus productos, a día de hoy consigues lo mismo que intentan vender por menos de la mitad que ellos me cobraron. Atencion al cliente 0. Profesionalidad una IA que repite siempre lo mismo. La página web desastrosa. Ah y los humanos que responden a nuestras dudas no saben ni lo que venden, por las respuestas que nos dan, lo mismo que la IA o su página web.

I have a wide range of SwitchBot products throughout my home, including the Hover, Hub Mini, water leak sensors, Bots, Blind Tilts, and the SwitchBot Curtain. Everything runs flawlessly through Alexa and SmartThings using commands and routines.

The build quality across the range is excellent, especially considering the competitive pricing compared to other smart-home brands. Reliability has been spot on, with no connectivity or performance issues so far.
On the rare occasions I've needed customer support, the experience has been very positive-responses were quick, helpful, and the issue was resolved without hassle.

I would highly recommend SwitchBot products and will definitely continue using them as I expand and improve my home's smart features.

SwitchBot has a serious customer service problem. What is the problem? Simple, it doesn’t exist. This company does not have any customers service agents.
Simply put, your calls never get connected to any human, your emails will not get responded too.
