Shop Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich; Ausleihen und Rückgabe sehr einfach; Telefonisch sehr schwer erreichbar, Rad mit Gangschaltung für lange Strecken ungeeignet, Schaltung hackt immer wieder, Fahrkomfort eher gering

I was helped very good and got a great bike within minutes after registration. Definitely a recommendation for anyone in Vienna who needs a good bike with great service included.

The clerk was extremely kind and the transaction was smooth: no problems whatsoever. The bike looks almost new and works perfectly.

The company provides excellent bikes with superb service at an affordable rate. The only problem I had was that their location had changed from where I collected the bike to where I had to return it. So unfortunately, I went to the previous location only to have to continue on to find their new one so I could return my bike. I was on a very tight schedule luckily it worked out. I even called the main telephone line and got incorrect information.

I had stopped by the store a week+ earlier to get some information and look at the bikes. The team member then was super nice and helpful (5 stars for her), she also told me that she could sign me up for a bike subscription right there at the store. I returned a week+ later to find a really unhelpful team member who told me I had to sign up online and set up an appointment online, could not use their wifi connected spare tablet to do so, and when I asked her whether I could get a gray e-bike instead of the black e-bike she was about to give me (there were plenty of unassigned e-bikes and the gray bike was right next to the black one...), she first made it seem like it wasn't possible, and then made me feel like I was being really difficult... Once she gave me my gray e-bike and things returned to her comfort zone, she was informative and helpful.
Someone else might have walked away and decided the free City Bikes are a better option. It's not exactly the welcome and service one would wish for when dropping 75Euros a month for a bike.

Die Übergabe war in Ordnung.
Leider konnte sie nicht an meinem Wohnort stattfinden, 1220 Wien.
Und leider streift der hintere Kotschützer, er ist locker und etwas verbogen.

Got an appointment fast and a "new" bike - everything was adjusted the way it was before. Done in 10 minutes, excellent!

The swapfiets colleague greeted med and showed me to my bike. I asked if I could have another colored bike, which I liked more and she was very helpful in finding me the color and size that I needed. She explained the system and how the subscription works. Very nice and friendly.

Ich habe das Rad für meinen einmonatigen Aufenthalte in Wien genutzt. Es hat alles super geklappt - der Service vor Ort im Laden war super nett und ich hatte keinerlei Probleme. Sehr gerne wieder!
