Veliki izbor svjetiljki i dobre cijene ali katastrofa od dostave i korisničke podrške. Jako sporo odgovaraju. Odbili su mi poslati paket na otok pod izgovorom da je kurirska služba odbila paket zbog težine. Provjerila sam, primaju do 10 kg, a paket nema ni 7 kg.
Baš nešto muljaju. Pa su mi stornirali narudžbu. Još čekam novce (dva tjedna a bit će još dva i pitam se hoću li dobiti svoje novce natrag...). Kako mi ta rasvjeta treba naručila sam ju opet na kopnenu adresu jer su to postavili kao uvjet a dostavu ću do otoka morati platiti sama. Toliko o toj besplatnoj dostavi na koju se kunu.

I mistakenly paid for the same order twice and asked for one to be canceled, but after a month of sending emails and calling, I still haven't been able to get my money back.....horror

Pour le moment je n'ai pas reçu ma commande et je n'ai pas de réponse du service clientèle.

Leur site est trés agréable, je reçois également régulièrement des offres par newsletter.

We were sent the wrong package. The webshop is not responding to our mails asking for them to collect the wrong item and deliver us what we paid for. Very rude customer service. Avoid this webshop!

Submitted an order on Nov 18, 12 days later, still no delivery (from V. Gorica to Zagreb). When I tried calling, customer service was rude and unhelpful. Whatever the quality or price their merchandise may be, I won’t order again because of this experience.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the ordering experience and cooperation with the Svijet Svjetiljki web shop (it is a sister company for the Croatian market). For the past two weeks, I have been trying to arrange a large order of lighting fixtures, approximately 60 items worth 5000 euros. For this order, I requested a discount given the size of the purchase. I was offered a 15% discount, but I believe this is neither fair nor reasonable since every other week there is a public discount of 12% on the website, making the real discount only 3%. However, this is not the biggest problem.

Since this is a large order and not all lighting fixtures are available, there is a need to communicate what exactly is available, when the first order can be delivered, how long the second or third order will take, the discount, delivery method, etc. I could not establish this communication because no one answers the phone, or the number is closed, and no one responds to the emails I sent, around 10-15 of them. I would understand if this were an order worth 50 euros, but an order of 5000 euros deserves a more serious approach to customers.

My recommendation is to avoid the Svijet Svjetiljki web shop.

Služba korisnika ne postoji. Zvao sam ih po nekoliko puta. Ostajao na liniji i do pola sata. Što dalje od njih.
