Site absolument pas sérieux, répondent aux mails en prétextant nous tenir informé dans les 2 jours et ne répondent jamais ensuite. Jamais reçu de numéro de colis après 8 mois…

Bonjour, commande effectuée le 2 déc, produit reçu le 11 janvier... Et en plus l'ampoule ne fonctionne pas !! J'espère que je serai remboursée...

A very disappointing experience! I have chosen to order from Svetila.com expecting a fast delivery. Instead, having waited 3 weeks for the part I had purchased to finally get shipped to me, upon its arrival it turned out that it was faulty due to a visible manufacturing defect. It is unclear as to how or why the item wasn't examined prior to shipping. Not having the part delays my projects, and now a further loss of time will be caused by applying for a refund, and by shopping for a replacement elsewhere.

P.S. - November 19th, 2021. Svetila.com has just replied to this review. It has taken them 1 full year to do so!

La livraison ne correspond pas à ce que j'ai commandé.
Sujet délais, très bien: c'est déjà ça.
Sur le bon de livraison, c'est bien ce que j'ai commandé: ils m'ont donc fourgué un produit qu'ils avaient, au lieu de dire:" excusez-nous, nous n'avons pas le produit demandé, essayez ailleurs"; non, ils m'ont pris mon argent, conscients qu'ils allaient me donner un produit différent: mentalité de menteurs, de tricheurs, de voleurs, d'escrocs, qui n'en a rien à faire de la satisfaction du client: des filles et fils du mensonge!
Pour réclamer, je suis dirigé vers un site de l'union européenne.
J'ai essayé avec auto-doc.
Advienne que pourra.
Un préjudice de 15 euros.
Je vous déconseille ce site, sauf si vous aimez le hasard.

Courteous, but problem was never solved. The new UV bulbs I received did not fit the bulb base. When I told that to "T" in Svetila, his exact email response to me was:

"Dear George,
Lamps are factory produced so I have no power to give you any further help, maybe you can find a department Philips USA if they can help you."

I was appalled. In my 40 years as a customer in Canada and dealing with hundreds of merchants, physical and online, I have never had a merchant refuse to take responsibility for a product they sold me that did not work, and telling me to contact the manufacturer!
Though T's emails were always courteous, the service was unacceptable, and hence the one star.
