Stay away from this company , they say your parcel has been delivered which is all a scam , in partnership with Bonvya , no replies to emails and on telephone number to speak to anyone , scam company stay away

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Bonvya and this lightwoklogistics

I placed an order, but my product never arrived. Despite this, the order was marked as “delivered.” I repeatedly tried to contact customer service through their contact channels and complaint forms, but I never received any response or assistance.

From my experience, the company appears to have no effective customer support, and I was left with no resolution after paying for my order. Because of how my order was handled and the complete lack of communication, I personally believe this business is not trustworthy.

I would not recommend buying anything from this website. Shop elsewhere to avoid the frustration and disappointment that I experienced.

El paquete por la propia pagina de seguimiento pone que tendria que ser entregado el domingo 26 de julioo y aun estoy esperando.. nose.. si es estrabiado.. o robo de paquete.. y a demas.. te intentas poner en contacto con ellos.. y no responden..

Fake company, they don’t have any phone number! Don’t answer to anyone! Saying they did the delivery. Bonvya company sale air conditioner. Fraud

I contacted them as u only can via email but no response and not got my parcel says out for delivery at 3;18 but delivered at 3:01 which is impossible and yet waiting for reply my parcel it crap company fraud i say

Firma som samarbejder med franske Mardany som begge to fabrikerer falske tracking informationer om forsendelser af mobiltelefoner som aldrig blevet afsendt. Begge firmaer er bedrager og fup firma. Hold dig væk fra dem og køb afrig noget som helst fordi du mister penge uden at modtage noget som helst. De annoncerer på Instagram med salg af brugte iPhone. De er svindler og bedrager!

I would be very surprised if the aforementioned company has any genuine business.

Their website mentions the following business testimonials: TechVault UK, Nordic Essentials and GreenLeaf Commerce. The former appears to be an energy performance consultancy business, who produce EPCs, Nordic Essentials seems to use Yodel and Evri (based on their Trustpilot reviews) and TechVault UK doesn't seem to exist.

Along with the fraudulent testimonials, the website is littered with AI slop and generic generated text. They supposedly provide "GPS-enabled tracking with milestone notifications", which is why the parcel they supposedly have for me has been out for delivery for over 24 hours.

Based on all the evidence, they're also in cahoots with/as Bonvya to scam people. It's an impressive front, changing the status of fake parcels for two weeks, but I imagine nothing more than a broken phone charger will turn up, if anything.

They told me that the package was delivered yesterday, but it wasn’t. They are covering up for the scam at Mardany.com. Stay far away from both companies!
