I am sorry to hear you feel the delivery was a long process. I can see your order was placed on 6th January and was despatched from our warehouse on 8th January, unfortunately since Brexit we have had to change the way we run our business for international orders. This means parcels have to be assessed by customs which can add time on to the process, our website does state to allow between 2-14 working days for your order to arrive, and your order was delivered by the courier within this time frame.
The additional charges to your order are also outlined on our website. Changes since Brexit means that international customers no longer pay UK tax on items when they order, but customs will assess the items upon arrival and contact you if there are any additional tax or processing charges.

I love this company
I love this company - great service as always. I'd managed to eke out the supply of Cortaflex to just after Xmas and the New Year, and ended up ordering with just a couple of day's supply left.
