Took about a week for them to process the order, but after that it shipped out and got here quickly. The snacks were really good, we all enjoyed them. The chocolates and desserts were extremely good. Highly recommend any of the chocolates or hazelnut chocolates, Mmm! The 2 year old aged parmesan was very good, but didn't have any mouth numbing effect, which was disappointing, however it was very tasty. I'm sure we'll be back to try more snacks another time. Oh and one other thing, customer service literally got back to my text in less than a minute or so. Alessia really does care and she looked into an issue I had and helped me out, thank you for that! Good to know that there's people behind the screen that do care about you.

Everything that I order from supermarket italy has always been fresh the hard cheese is excellent 👌 no matter what I order I have never had any problems the packaging is top notch. They will always be my go to market for authentic food

I ordered 2 small chubs of mortadella and a Genoa salami. Came nicely packaged with cold packs. Both were delicious.

Always very pleased with my experience with Supermarket Italy! Even when there’s an issue they’re quick to respond and get it resolved, which I’m very grateful for. Shipping takes a few days to get out but once it does it’s here in a day or two and I live several states away. The products are packed to handle shipping! I’ve bought olive oil, sodas, vinegars, chocolates and more and they have thankfully arrived unscathed.

This company hasn't disappointed me yet. The products are wonderful. Many items are difficult to obtain anywhere else. Great care is taken when packing. I am so grateful to be able to enjoy their website.

I have been ordering for years. Fortunately never had a problem. The experience I had this past November 2025 will change my dealings. Clearly there is no company. Strictly mail order from different locations. I had $140. Worth of product that was ordered for the holidays crushed and delivered. Literally, boxes looked like a truck ran over everything. No cooperation or assistance. Even after pics were reviewed. Nothing. No follow up. Phone is only an answering service. I’m done. Buyer beware. They don’t stand behind anything.

I bought lumpfish caviar from them well packaged and it is 15 bucks a jar cheaper than Amazon free shipping on orders over 100 bucks will be buying here again

Have purchased from them for years. Hard to find products at great prices. The Galleffi effervescent really works well for nausea and has a pleasant lemon flavor. I recently purchased Brioschi orange candies that also tackle nausea. Perfect for on the go and also have a great flavor.

I've been purchasing from Supermarket Italy for about 7 years and have always been very pleased with their products. I love getting my chorizo from Spain, Jelly from Turkey, Gluten free treats from Italy... It's like traveling from the comfort of my living room. : )

Everything came perfect no broken noodles or open packages. It does take a while to ship for obvious reasons. But everything came in time for Christmas it was perfect.

The products are high quality. The staff responds if you call or write with issues. Love the sales - makes me try new things I wouldn't have thought about.

Quality products and good customer service!

Supermarket Italy uses Shopify for the payment and web services. Shopify is causing errors in shipping addresses and in completion of shipping. The orders are very slow. The last three orders have had problems, with shipping of perishable meats being lost and sitting in trucks for maybe a week. I am unlikely to order from Supermarket Italy again because of these problems.
