Could have been so much simpler

My concern is that you guys couldn't start up a computer that you built just a few months ago. I understand that Windows 11 went sideways. But with the whiz bang technology available today, was wiping out the hard drive and re-installing Windows 11 the only option? I had to start over myself, with programs and data files. And say, thanks to Eugene for saving my Cakewalk files. And I did get my computer back and it's working. Seems like it could have been simpler.

Vastaus yritykseltä SuperLogics

Dear Ambar,

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the lack of communication and the changes to your delivery schedule.

We understand that accurate information and reliable dates are critical to your operations, and it is clear we fell short of the standard you expect from us.

We are currently navigating worldwide parts shortages which have forced us to push out server delivery dates. However, we understand that these supply chain constraints make accurate and timely information even more critical for your planning, and we failed to keep you updated on these shifts.

After reviewing your open orders, it looks like we are just waiting for an updated PO from Flex before being able to move forward with production of your servers.

We would like the opportunity to address your concerns directly. Please contact me (Liam) at 508-650-9500 ext. 107 or liamf@superlogics.com so we can get this back on track.

Sincerely,
Liam F.

Helpful team

We ran into a bit of a hiccup with quotes and pricing not matching POs due to memory price fluctuations, but SuperLogics helped us through the process to get everything we needed.

Excellent Customer Service

We had been using a server from SuperLogics for a test station. Our server went down and we were not able to test our product. SuperLogics was extremely responsive and built/tested a new server for us within 2 days. A shout out to Rich Costantini and his team for getting us back up and running!!
