Usually so efficient with their online…

Usually so efficient with their online ‘click and collect’ orders, on this occasion my order had been delivered to store by the courier, but apparently not processed in-store.

I went to collect, only to be told it hadn’t arrived, and I would get the usual text to notify me when it did.

I waited 5 days, but no text. I tried to follow up online, but you apparently sub-contract customer care and I was asked to give my credit/debit card details and pay £1.00, which I did not do.

Instead I phoned the store, and spoke to a very helpful person who followed up on my behalf to discover the issue. My order had been delivered to store when I initially went in to collect.

Great deal …

Very happy with the items I bought and the price, sale price very much appreciated reference on line, ??? But why it is not available instore. Staff very helpful 👍.

I ordered the incorrect size coat

I ordered the incorrect size coat so the really helpful staff member ordered the replacement size I required.Really good, quick experience, and really pleased with my new coat.

Polite staff

Polite staff. Knowledgable and Friendly. Showed me where everything was. Directed me towards the website. Made sure I had the correct sizes before paying. The quality is sublime.

Moesha was helpful getting me options…

Moesha was helpful getting me options of colours and sizes. I got two jumpers in the end. I have bought 2 coats before, one long and one short. I will check the options of loungewear casual outfits in the summer.
