Totally worst

I had have terrible experience with Superdry. I was being deducted from my bank account even though the purchase wasn’t through as their website had a problem on check out. Worst customer service, few option to address the problem quickly, I used their messenger sort of communication but it took ages to respond. Totally crap at all.

Brilliant staff & service in Norwich

Brilliant staff & service in Norwich, very helpful. Did not realise how expensive the jeans were though until I got to the checkout which was embarrassing. Some prices/offers not clearly displayed with exactly what was on offer (like 2 for £50 on t-shirts).

Very helpful pleasant staff

Very helpful pleasant staff, Superdry clothing are on point and as for the pricing, good value for money.
Back to the staff, ever time I go in there, buying or not, they always very happy and pleasant, so I can’t ask for any more.

Fast delivery

Ordered 2 beanies online for my son which were on sale. They were delivered to the store quite quickly and collected. However they seemed to have changed the style as the hats didn't fit very well.

They are always quick to help
Sometimes maybe to quick because I prefer to just go in a look around before your asked if you need any help
But apart from that they are great workers at the Norwich branch .

Saw a great looking Blue Linen shirt in the window, the team were very helpful even taking the Large size off the manikin to try…
I find the Norwich store very very good with lots of choices and always having something in that I like. The team are always very pleasant and helpful.
