Superdry - Bullring Arvostelua 

I ordered 3 times and the delivery was so fast, it didn't take more than 36 hours.
I loved the hoodies the material is great and the designs are fabulous 👌

I am charged a wrong price. Saying it was on sale but the sticker hid the original price and the original price was same as the sale price. Superdry mislead a customer by charging a fraudulent amount. On the other hand i am not refunded in full for the other purchase i made. very poor customer service

Unprofessional service

Me and my husband spend a lot of money in Superdry, in the last 2-4 weeks we have spent over £400 online. We went into store on Sunday 8th January to exchange an item we brought online, in the Birmingham Bullring branch but we’re unfortunately told by a member of staff we could not exchange our online item for another item in store to keep the offer online (spend £100 and get £10 e-card in February), due to the item being purchased online and had to be exchanged for the same item for another size only. we had lost out on the offer due to this reason, which we thought was unfair and upsetting. I understand the company has its rights but the company Superdry should also look at the customers point of view from a purchase, to keep the customer happy and also to retain loyalty. I hope Superdry will look into this experience of our shopping and re consider looking to change its terms and conditions on future offers and bare in mind how it should benefit the customer too.

The company is doing great with regards to their sale and services. However, the fitting of clothes and their sizes needs to be improved.

Superdry is always top quality, and the jacket I brought was perfect, i brought the tripple zip windbreaker bpack/red. The three zips work great together, the look can be changed drastically and it's sooo warm and comfy. It's weighty, warm and looks amazing!

Had my iteam delivered to store within 2 days as promised iteam was exactly as described love it

Purchased a coat via the internet . One pocket just had a hole where the press stud should have been. Tags still on and receipt in hand I
Returned to store where I had such a battle with the assistant. They didn't have any more stock in the same size and refused to refund. So basically they denied me my statutory rights. I had to wait to see the manager who, surprisingly, adopted the same attitude. After a long argument and having to explain my rights to the manager they finally, reluctantly, issued a refund. ( Which may take up to 30 days to come through !! )

Returned ion line ordered item to Birmingham store. Excellent service, actioned return and ordered replacement item for home delivery. Item despatched same day and received well in time for Christmas.

My Cousin and I quickly popped into the Bull Ring branch, (I say quickly as I don't really fare that well in large crowds, also, emotionally, our whole family have been pained at the death of two very close and beloved relatives, who have died recently within weeks of each other).
I wanted a voucher for one of my Sons, I had already bought two online but decided to give one to my third son this year also. With the Postal Strikes, I had no time to order another Voucher online.
When we approached the cashier to ask for the Voucher, she told me that they'd completely sold out, that they will most probably get some in tomorrow. I dreaded the thought of having to return, but kept silent. She then turned to me and said that there's a way she can make a voucher using the till receipt, but she would need to get someone else to show her how to do so.
She went off for a few moments and returned with a gentleman. He immediately proceeded to show her how to print off the Voucher.
He turned to me to ask how much money would I need on the Voucher, when I said £200 he immediately stopped and said no, we should give a proper Voucher for that amount of money and turning to initial cashier said, you help me, lets search the store high and low, there must be a Voucher here somewhere.
We waited patiently whilst they were gone and sure enough, they were back after around 5 minutes both gleaming all over their faces - they had found a Voucher for me.
I felt such a huge sense of relief and gratitude. I haven't stopped sharing the tale with relatives and friends.

Couldn’t praise your staff High enough both at Birmingham and Leicester. Everyone was helpful and enthusiastic. Got everything we needed and even item that wet not obviously on sale were looked for, brought down to us and another item was sold to us.
