The service promised wasn’t delivered.
I was advised by the caller that Supanet was the best internet for me, so I signed up, but they could not connect for 3 weeks. the day arrived well, what a disaster. I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone to get set up and, eventually, up and running, but I couldn't connect any devices upstairs or in my conservatory. I was told I would have to buy extenders, and there was nothing they could do about it. we had internet for about 10 minutes, so I asked to cancel and was told I was out of the cooling-off period.
So the cooling off period was finished before the service began what a joke! I was told I would have to pay for 12 month's contract to leave !!
So another 2 hours trying to get connected again
I had to buy two new extenders, so £50 out-of-pocket Avoid this company I'm not happy at all

I contacted supanet chat as I wanted to check my broadband terms as part of a wider review of utilities. It was lovely to find a real person on the webchat and not a bot, Harriet quickly got what I wanted and offered to email me with the information I wanted. This was friendly and efficient. She also second guessed I might be thinking of leaving the service and advised of a better deal - again, this was friendly and no pressure.

Recently changed service provider to Supanet for both landline phone and Internet. Unfortunately this meant that we lost the landline phone number that we had (albeit with prefix numbers being added as exchanges were automated over the years) since getting married in 1978. We requested the reinstatement of our previous phone number, and while it took a few weeks for our previous service provider to respond, the previous situation has been restored. Thankyou Supanet.

Easy to talk to and request new contract, online service works well as everyone is all too busy to call nowadays. Would highly recommend.
