Great overall experience

Great overall experience and fast shipping! The original item arrived defective, but customer service responded to my message right away and immediately shipped a replacement. I'm really impressed with how smoothly they handled the issue. Highly recommend and will definitely be a returning customer.

Hi, we're very sorry that the kit printing hasn't arrived with you yet, but we can see that the order you placed on 7th July was dispatched immediately and the Royal Mail tracking is showing that the parcel was delivered on the 15th July. We will ask Royal Mail to trace the parcel and see what has happened or if this has been mis-delivered elsewhere. We will be in contact via email ASAP.
