Amazing quality Jersey. Customer service was always responsive and always helpful with all my doubts and concerns. My order took long but that’s understandable as I am in another country, however, I would gladly order from them again.

The shirt was dispatched quickly and arrived in the US from England in a reasonable time after going through customs. The shirt was exactly was I ordered and was authentic. I had a question and they replied promptly via email.

Maybe use a better currier

Maybe use a better courier. My package is missing and nor the store nor USPS know what to say. More the 10 days my package stuck in NY, but apparently is not there either.

Problems but finally solved ..

Ist seemed to me that I received the wrong items. It it was a misleading description. Or maybe I got it a bit wrong but when I tried to solve this problem with the customer service (UK) they were not very British and a bit rude or impolite. It also wasn't explained why I payd 10 pound shipping costs for 4 items under 100 g and with an envelope showing a German sender's address..

Nevertheless I got a really friendly, understand and explaining call from the German subsidiary who explained to me that it was originally sent from the UK and then reshipped in Berlin to save me money from the duty..

This wasn't ever explained from the UK customer service and could've solved the issue within seconds. Thanks to the German team
