Happy with the purchase.

Great product and price, with very fast despatch and delivery. The reason for dropping one star is because the video advertising the Trojan Pro Gear Cart 250 Trolley product has bigger wheels with a smaller hub and the product I was sent has smaller wheels. Other sites selling the same model also has the bigger wheels. Maybe there has been a change to the product, but the current video on the site is advertising the bigger wheels. Really did want the bigger wheels but the price was very good so happy with the purchase.

FedEx not so good

Studios pares supplied and packed as ordered. FedEx on the other hand, at first said " between 9am and 1 pm", then when the 1pm deadline had been missed said " before 6pm"
Some couriers let you see the progress of the package en route, with a helpful message like "9 stops away" .
This let's me plan my day around a pretty good guesstimate of an arrival time

Good product. Poor customer service

Good product. Quickly dispatched. Unfortunately only part of the order though. Several emails to customer service/sales and absolutely no replies or info on missing items. Quite frustrating for some urgently needed cables.
