Ordered a pair of Rockport boots on Tuesday at 11am, ordering was easy & straight forward, picked my delivery time of next day between 1pm-5pm,arrived at my door at 1.15pm.
Great service.

Experiencia muy decepcionante comprando desde España.

Compré una chaqueta por 69,95 € y pagué además 29,95 € por envío Express International. En el checkout aparecía un total de 99,90 € y en la confirmación del pedido figuraba “Taxes: €0,00”.

Al recibir el paquete, Correos me exigió otros 38,16 € en concepto de IVA de importación, arancel y gestión aduanera. En la práctica, una compra que aparecía como 99,90 € terminó costándome 138,06 €.

Sé que Reino Unido ya no pertenece a la UE y que pueden existir gastos de importación. Precisamente por eso considero que una tienda que vende a clientes de España debería advertirlo de forma mucho más clara y visible antes de finalizar el pago, especialmente cuando el importe mostrado en checkout se presenta como “Total”.

Contacté con atención al cliente y expliqué que mi queja no era por la existencia de los impuestos, sino por la falta de claridad sobre el coste real de la compra. Su respuesta fue remitirme a su política de envíos y rechazar cualquier reembolso parcial, compensación o gesto comercial.

El producto llegó correctamente, pero la experiencia de compra me ha parecido muy poco transparente. Si compras desde España o desde otro país de la UE, ten en cuenta que el importe que ves al pagar puede no ser el coste final real.

Yo no volvería a comprar aquí desde la UE.

Cancelled order within ten minutes as I realised I had made a mistake. No response and the order was shipped anyway. A week and a half later and I've still not had any response to my emails. Extremely unhelpful and I've now had to pay the shipping costs here and the cost of the return. Makes you think you're being ignored in the hope that you change your mind.

After ordering a good few items here I can say that the service is top notch from exchanges for different sized items to adjusting whole new orders before they were sent out.

Great experience shopping here, they are quick to deliver, returns process is easy and they have a lot of stock to choose from.

One downside is the sizing, other shops show the exact measurements for clothes, but its not a huge deal, I just check the sizing on the other shops.

What a great experience. Ordered the Barbour Porton jacket from the US but had to exchange size, it runs small. What a gorgeous jacket. Customer service was fantastic, especially Madison. The exchange process using DHL was straight forward and fairly speedy. Would order from Stuart’s again!

I ordered 2 boxes with 2 t shirts per box. I only received I box with 2 t shirts. I rang the number provided.
I actually got a person who answered. I was asked to photo and send via email. The lady got back to me in less than 24 hours and the t shirts were sent immediately. OUTSTANDING service, THANK YOU. Hassle free, definitely 💯 would use again. Thank you for an easy transaction.

Ordered two jackets that were the same but was unsure of sizing…..
I have to say the fit was perfect on one as well as the quality being fantastic as well.
The returns process was faultless, I actually exchanged one jacket for a different colour one and this where the customer service became exceptionally good!
Once I had confirmed to Stuart’s id sent the unwanted jacket they actually sent the replacement before they’d received the return, this in my book is not just incredible customer service it also shows a huge degree of trust in their customers!

Also they sales assistance on hand to help out with advice on size and on the product available. Also if they don't have they item or items in stock they can reorder if available. Also refunds are processed nice and quick. Plus quality service as always..

I ordered an item on 15 March and Stuarts said it was despatched on 16 March by Royal Mail 48hr tracked. Now 19 March and no notification by Royal Mail and it is not on their system so has been mislaid somewhere along the line. I contacted Stuarts requesting a replacement to be sent but they replied that there is a problem at the RM Jubilee Centre. This is true. However, Stuarts contract is with the Royal Mail so not my concern. My contract is with Stuarts and they have not supplied the goods I have paid for. Stuarts are delaying again to make me wait another 6 working days in case RM delivers the goods. I have offered to send back any extra item received, but they are currently declining to send me the item by another courier. Not satisfied with this treatment.
Update. Item received today 24/3/26. Did not get on to RM tracking system until late 23/3 with delivery date for 25/3. Then this morning another message that delivery would be today. At least I have now got the item but Stuarts have been less than helpful or caring for the customer, or fulfiilling the 48hr delivery I paid for. Instead I have had a very inconvenient and anxious time not knowing, when, or if, I would receive the item. Raised a complaint. On 24/3 They apologised and said they had refunded the postage to my credit card. Three days later not received. They now said to check with my bank. Two days later I checked with bank credit card and not received. Stuarts now said they had a 'gateway issue' and asked for my bank account details. I reluctantly gave these. On 30/3 received the refund to my bank account. Thanked them. This company does not seem to be well managed.

100% satisfied with my shopping experience with Stuarts. Answered my size queries very quickly and when my order came the garment was perfect.

I bought an item that was clearly not sized correctly, in the sale. It took 10 days to arrive, but they do not exchange items if it's more than 14 days. Clever? Yip. Dishonest? Certainly. Buy from them again? Never! Don't do it, these are scam artists, giving London a bad name.
